This location is nothing like the Summerlin location. When we arrived the place was empty maybe 10 tables with customers. The bar seemed pretty steady. It is so much more quiet. You could actually have a nice conversation with each other. I think they need a little more marketing that this location is open. Our meal was great. Even thou I had to eat my burger well done, It was still juicy and flavorful. The service was on point and for what you get the prices aren’t that bad.

Best steak I’ve ever had and that’s saying something. I travel all around the world and frequently eat at places with Michelin star chefs. The service was top notch as well. Even the busboy was attentive, cleaning crumbs off the table before courses. Yes, the acoustics are bad as others have mentioned but it didn’t stop my husband and I from carrying on a conversation. I highly recommend this restaurant. If we lived closer we would be regulars. I wish they would open one in the Los Angeles area.

We met local family here on 8/22 while we were in Vegas on holiday. We were greeted by a lovely woman with the sweetest accent, she was so welcoming. Initially we arrived early and sat in dining and enjoyed a cocktail assuming we’d stay there. The gentleman serving us was very knowledgeable on the menu.

Highly recommend everything about this place is exceptional. The steak we had was cooked beautifully and seasoned to perfection. Try the octopus side dish. And definitely add the bone marrow to your meal. So delicious.

Went to Echo with some friends and it was a very pleasant experience. We made reservations and arrived on time to a warm welcome. We were seated right away and greeted promptly. We got water right away and our drink order directly after. The manager then stopped by to greet us and make sure everything was going well. The place was just a little bit loud but it’s because of all the beautiful stone work and floors, the sound gets bounced all over the place. The wine was fabulous, the appetizers were amazing so far so good. The food came out and looked great and everything was cooked to perfection the meats , the sides, everything was fantastic. A really great meal and atmosphere, definitely go visit and enjoy.

An excellent steak house and overall restaurant with service to boot. The staff are super friendly and helpful. This along with a modest menu make it an easy selection over Hanks(over-rated). The food is delicious with a very nice selection and they have recently added brunch for a nice weekend outing. The space is very bright and open so you can see clearly from the butcher(entrance) to and inside the kitchen. Just a few issues I observed related to the layout which seems overly complicated for moving around the restaurant and there is a lack of decor to give the place character.

Wasn’t a big fan of the food, sorry to say guess my taste buds didn’t like their spices or way it was prepared. I had the steak and really didnt like the taste. The fish (can’t remember which one) wasn’t bad. We had macaroni and cheese and Ceasar Salad. See photos below

I wanted to be impressed…a reasonably-priced great steak place off the strip. Sounds wonderful along w/the free valet- nice! And, I will say here that the manager and waitstaff service is way above par. Well, my mojito *was* excellent. I ordered the ribeye cap and was told medium was the chef’s recommendation. I normally go med. rare but the chef would know, right? I did mention to her that I like a good char…uh-oh. I guess the kitchen didn’t care for that note…my steak came out the size of my girly fist disguised resembling a slimed-down hockey puck. One of my guests ordered his ribeye Pittsburgh and agreed that *rare* is exactly how he wanted it. It came to the table cooked almost through. Gotta say though, we did send it back and it’s a replacement was pure perfection. The sides- the heirloom carrots were burned, the asparagus soggy, and the garlic mashed potatoes thick and heavy with no identifiable garlic taste at all. Maybe we just came on an off night but with all the restaurants in Vegas we wont be back.
