The oxtail was OK but needed more seasoning. The short lady who greeted us was rude, and when I asked to put gravy on the rice, they over poured too much gravy, which was just pure oil. Now my food was ruined. We ordered carrot juice, which was expired, and cornbread is supposed to come with it. She didn’t have anything didn’t substitutes, it came with one plantatin . Should they have come up with more sweet platatin? Overall, two stars for the effort but won’t be returning taste better jamaican food. Took me about 45 paper towels to get the oil out. Wasn’t worth it spent almost fifty dollars not worth the price.

I brought a large oxtail plate and the meat had so much fat on them, it was disgusting I couldn’t eat it. I use to love this place but lately the food ain’t right. Don’t know if they have new cooks or what but y’all need to bring back the old cooks.

This used to be a place my family & I visited frequently for their Oxtails. Today my daughter went in to get her own meal while on the phone with me. When she got back to the car see seen she had white rice & that’s not what she ordered or wanted. She proceeded to go back in and asked “is there any way she can get a side of rice & peas because she does not like the white rice.” She did not ask for her order to be replaced she was willing to pay for a side of rice. The woman that was working was VERY rude, told her she knows she ordered white rice & she is not replacing it. She went on for about 5 mins arguing over rice to a child. Saying she is not replacing it because she knows what she heard but clearly did not want to take an order for a side of rice we were paying for. Usually I don’t leave a negative reviews & the man that is usually working is always nice & accommodating but the way this woman was speaking to my child over rice they will not get $1 from us anymore! This is not how you treat loyal customers let alone a child. At no time was my daughter disrespectful to this woman when placing an order for her rice! My daughter even asked where the man was at because she was getting out of line and she told her she doesn’t need to speak to anyone but her. Kind of sad we will not be returning but I cannot support a business who thinks that this is ok!
