Nice restaurant serving African and Caribbean fusion food. The chef is Haitian and definitely put a twist on the menu I knew over 6 years ago. I had the fried crab legs and mack and cheese with duck confit and these appetizers were fresh and flavorful. The cornbread was tasty but on the drier side. The bartender made me a Paloma cocktail and it was tasty (but too strong for me). Every staff member was welcoming and very nice at the exception of the host who was on a personal phone call when I got there and told me to go to the bar. She did not seem interested in the customers, but in her shift ending soon. The restaurant is not open 24hrs . It opens from 6:30 to 11:00 AM for breakfast and re-opens for dinner from 5:00 to 9:00 PM.

Stopped here for a super quick takeout brunch while staying at the hotel. Got a crazy amount of food + drinks for a super reasonable price and really friendly service. Food was delicious as well. Plus they have this cinnamon vanilla maple syrup that’s just to die for!! Would come again for sure

My most recent experience here was brunch! The bottomless mimosas are amazing! They also have them in different flavors if you ask! I got some side items on the menu for food and they were just so-so. I would probably skip the food next time and just do drinks! I have been here before and got the burger which was pretty good, so maybe it just depends on what you order. Food is a bit expensive for what it is. Love the drinks and the service! Hoping to come back again soon 🙂

Rooftop is great. Bartender service was okay, drinks tasty. Food was awful. I ordered a burger, medium, and it was more than well-done with a tiny bit of over-melted cheese. Fries were cold and gross. I would have sent it all back, but we already waited over 35 minutes and needed to get to a show next door. Also had to ask for utensils/napkins after food was delivered and asked for extra ketchup from three different people. On top of that, you have to order from the bar (no server) and it was very expensive, especially for what we received. Summary: The patio is great, drinks are good, but would definitely not eat here ever again.

The food was good. It did take a long time to get it but it was worth the wait. The eatery is beautiful and the staff is friendly.

The chef was incredibly catering and attentive to us. We ordered steaks, surf & turf and he prepared them exactly how we asked. The Cesar salad was one of the best I’ve had. Dinner was prepared beautifully! The Eclipse has a nice cool mysterious ambiance and our waitress could not have been more kind. We enjoyed our dinner and evening there.

This was by far the worst dining experience I’ve had in St Louis.

Nice restaurant right on the Delmar loop. Not much for vegan options on the menu, but I ended up really liking a plate of rice and beans, fried plantain, and house fries. They also have a nice selection of cocktails. I tried the sunrise and it was really good. Would go back to order the same meal. You have to go into the hotel to use the restroom, but you get to then see more of the moon theme decorations, so I thought that was actually pretty cool to see how that motif is carried through between the hotel and restaurant.

I had 11:45 AM reservations for brunch and was not acknowledged or seated for another 30 minutes. It took another half an hour for water, mimosas, and bloody marys to come out. These were the worse drinks that I’ve ever had. They were watered down and lacked flavor. It took another 30 minutes for the food to come out, and by the time it did, we were there for nearly two hours. Our party had three people, and only two meals came out. When we asked, the server apologized for forgetting to include it on the ticket. When the food finally came out, the presentation was lovely, and the flavor was decent, but not at the caliber or quality of a hotel restaurant or for the price they charge. There are far better options in the area unless you want to wait an obscene amount of time for mediocre food.

Stay at this hotel a lot for work. The restaurant leaves a lot to be desired. Food and drinks are on the pricier end, but somehow just always disappoint. Quality doesn’t seem very high, and they are often way under staffed.
