Our new favorite Ecuadorean spot. The cazuela de pescado is the best I have had with such a depth of flavor. Fresh squeezed juices (orange/carrot and passionfruit), great coffee, hayacas and humitas. The service was friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to trying their bolones, we will be back soon. Don’t hesitate and take a chance on this unassuming restaurant. The food is top notch and made fresh to order

Family owned. Very friendly and excellent food at a decent price. Very clean. Highly recommend. The Rice with Shrimp is well worth it. Lots of flavor. The Shrimp Cazuela is heaven.

Holy smokes so far, the best Enceballdo soup I have had in NJ/NY area. Tostones were also a hit. If you read my reviews, you know I’m a well traveled white boy from JC NJ. Married to a bodiqua from Brooklyn. So I know latin food. The only thing I don’t like is adding the tip on the total bill. This really bothers me when places do this. They will lose business because of this. Owner I would rethink your tip policy.

I was feeling a bit under the weather and was looking for a place that served soup. After a quick Google search I found this restaurant. So glad as I really enjoyed their encebollado. It was plenty of food, tasty and affordable. A plus is that the waitress was so polite and nice. She shared how they opened right before the pandemic hit and now are looking forward to fully serving all there dishes. Definitely will recommend and will be dining in again.

I don’t know what was wrong with the ceviche when we went here. It was unlike any ceviche I have ever had. Everything was sliced and not put together like a typical ceviche. Sorry to say but it had a horrible smell. I had shrimp and do not believe it was fresh. I am unwilling to give this place another try.

Words cannot express how much I love this place!! The owner is a sweetheart and her daughter is so lovely. The food transports me back to Ecuador every time. I recently went to Ecuador and am truly blessed with this restaurant. I live an hour away and it’s worth every minute to drive and eat there. I love the bolon, desayuno Manaba, ceviche and not to mention the coffee. They just acquired sal prieta and rosquitas!!

I ordered bolones for my family from this place and saying it was terrible is an understatement. I’ve eaten bolones from all over New Jersey and this place served the absolute worst one I have ever had (and also most expensive one). Pork pieces were the size of a spec of dust. The cheese looks like it was sprinkled since it was also practically absent. The “hot sauce”tastes like tomato sauce. Waste of money and time since I waited almost 25min for 3 bolones while nobody was in the restaurant. What a disgrace of calling the restaurant an Ecuadorian restaurant.
