Never have I ever had such a terrible experience ordering a simple cheese pizza. Car was just dropped off at the repair shop so I had to try delivery. Between Dine In CT and this Pizza Shop, I don’t know which is worse. Although an employee attempted to contact Dine In CT to try and assist, the pizza shop didn’t even bother trying to make things right any further once Dine In CT rebuffed their request to still deliver our order which in my opinion is never okay in customer service, especially considering the issue with what we were previously told by an E&D employee about delivery vs what Dine In CT stated as well as the circumstances explained. If you tell me something, I’m going to hold you to it! Not only that, this is our second attempt at ordering this week. First attempt also didn’t work out for us to pickup either as they were closed way before their advertised time online. Because of this, we were subjected to McD’s for dinner that night. Tonight, guess it’s cereal. It’s apparent they can care less about what they’re advertising let alone their customer’s and more so about the customer’s money, if you can pickup the food yourself and not take them out of their way that is. Truly a shame because their pizza was actually good. I’m not looking for friends but I also don’t support businesses that could care less about me so I will not be spending any more money here and neither should you if you value customer service!

Only truly legit,respectable New Haven style pizza! Definitely 1 of the better pies I have had and best in Avon without question.All the food is good and made fresh. Pasta dishes are good but you go for pizza. That what stands out more around here. Nice spot though and good people

Mike is a consummate professional when it comes to his product. We used E&D Pizza for our recent reunion. Everyone raved about the great tasting pizza, wings and salad. He was accommodating and worked with us to stay on budget and still provide an outstanding product. Kudos to Mike and E&D Pizza for coming through with the best pizza around! We’ve ordered pizza from E & D pizza on several occasions. It has always been very good, especially the pepperoni pizza we brought home yesterday. I’m very fussy about my pizza, so if I give it 5 stars, they have earned it.

Have had many good pizzas here. Today I ordered a dinner sized pear salad and was very disappointed, 4 thin slices of pear, couldn’t possibly even been a third of a pear. Rating based on my salad not their pizzas.
