This restaurant and the service are phenomenal. I had an amazing time here for a friend’s birthday celebration. I was blown away by the service presented by the staff. Their jobs were done exceptionally well. The food was presented marvelously and the taste was spot on. Everything was delicious. The cocktails were also very good and strong in flavor, which I like. My friend really enjoyed this place to celebrate her birthday and our waiter ended the night with giving up some roses. He was very charming and handsome, which really made are dinner even more enjoyable. I will be coming back to this place several times. Its now one of my favorite restaurants.

The food was delicious! We had the oysters, mac n cheese, scallops, steak, cesar salad, the crab fried rice and a cocktail drink. Flavors were out of this world! The only thing was that the oysters are very small. Will definitely go back to try other dishes and dessert!

Hidden in a shopping district is a very high end restaurant. Outside looks plain until you pull into complimentary valet. Walking in there is a well thought out dining area. Service was consistent witt never being over bearing. Menu was full of seafood and steakhouse staples. A little loud inside which made it hard to talk. Food was perfect as well as a wonderful cocktail menu with unique high end ideas. If you have the means it should be a stop of yours.

It’s very rare to go to a restaurant now a days and get the full package. Some may have good food, and mediocre service or great service and mediocre food. I was blown away by the attention to detail this location provided at dinner. If I could rate them a 10 I would. They listened to my birthday request and decorated our table and greeted us with champagne upon arrival. Almost everyone that worked there, passed by our table to introduce themselves, and were so polite. They offered their services with no hesitation when our waiter, Jose was tending to his other tables. Jose was top notch and made us feel at home, all while being extremely professional. The food was absolutely delicious and the drinks did not disappoint either. I will 100% be back. Thank you so much Eddie V’s – Paramus!

Janelle was our server , she was wonderful!! Try the lobster taco appetizer…amazing ! They had live music when we went on a Saturday evening. Reservations were only available by the bar, but it was a pleasant surprise to have a small round table near the bar then to eat directly at the bar. The food was delicious, the steak, scallops, stuffed shrimp, au gratin potatoes, the drinks…everything was great. My only complaints were that my glass was a little dirty on the bottom, and the asparagus was fat and chewy. Otherwise, I’d definitely return and recommend!!!
