This is the swanky place you have been looking for! Known for the most delicious smoked old fashioned you have put to your lips, premier service and freshest seafood & steak dishes, this restaurant checks all the boxes. The well crafted cocktails are all made to perfection! The lobster bisque is delicious! I cannot say enough about how amazing this dinning experience really is. Our server Eddie was absolutely fantastic! He had awesome suggestions and a great personality. The live music by the bar was a great addition to the atmosphere. It is on the higher end when it comes to price, but worth every cent as you get what you pay for.

If you want the Best Bartender in Tampa ask for Roy Allen right when you walk in the door at Eddie Vs! Amazing service! Amazing drinks! And Amazing food! Roy gives perfect customer service. Filet, Lobster tails, crab fried rice, corn , the rack of lamb an even the asparagus was cooked perfect. Loved the desserts also. Whole experience was 10 stars! Will be back 100%. Food was so good we forgot a pic til it was half way gone lol.

We always have an amazing experience here! We came to celebrate my birthday, and it was so special… Every dish we ordered was above our expectations and the service was wonderful! We never felt rushed, but everything was brought out at pace. They were full, but did not feel crowded at all. I never needed to ask for water refills, or even to box our food. She gave us a great birthday experience with the dessert, unique & thoughtful, but not embarrassing if you know what I mean. Everything was so great, and even the leftovers the next day were terrific

Let me preface this with the fact we were there for Mother’s day. It was busy. But they really organized a great event for moms everywhere. They were so busy that they opened up all of their secondary rooms which was where our table was. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the appropriate servers available and service lagged. We arrived at 7:20 for a 7:30 reservation and were there for 3 hours for a party of three.

This place was amazing. Out of all the steakhouses around the airport this one is hands down the best one. The service was great and DC deserves a raise. He was very attentive to the table and did not lead us astray on our orders. The place was really busy even on a weekday. Would recommend reservations. I can not wait to go back to this place!

I found my new favorite restaurant. My husband and I came here for the first time last night for our anniversary dinner. The service and food was phenomenal. We were seated in a booth with a view of the chef which was pretty cool, and our table had a happy anniversary card & rose petals. Such a lovely touch! My husband and I got a few drinks (smoked old fashion, 24 karat martini) both were great. We decided to order a few apps- Best raw oysters Ive ever had, yellowtail sashimi, and the calamari. It just kept getting better and better (even the bread and butter they gave us to start was yummy and fresh). Then we ordered the wedge salad, a side of the truffle mac, and scallops. It was super nice of them to split the wedge and scallop entree into individual plates so it felt like we werent “sharing”, but had our own. At the end, they brought out the banana foster butter cake and lit on fire. It was hands down one of the best desserts Ive ever had. Eddie V’s is not just good service and good food, but an experience. Its definitely on the higher end $$ wise, but I’d spend it again and again because it was more than worth it. Best anniversary dinner by far!
