I’ve eaten at Eddie’s three times over the past few months. Each time has been great. The first time I had the wild boar and mushroom risotto. The second time was the braised lamb shank risotto. The third time was the green bouillabaisse. All three were fantastic. I look forward to trying more dishes.

This is a newer restaurant, in the place where Sizzling Tandoor used to be. It has been completely renovated and looks beautiful. The food was fantastic – the owner/chef (Eddie) greeted us and made the food perfectly as ordered. The fettuccini with salmon and creamy-pesto sauce was perfect. The deserts were also excellent (mango ice cream and creme brulet). Service was great, friendly and attentive. They have a beer and wine bar, and several great beers on tap (I had Henhouse IPA). We will be back and have found a new favorite in Santa Rosa.

It all started with a great bottle of wine… Looked for something to enhance/ compliment it, and Eddie’s Kitchen came up in the search. Ordered Wild Boar Risotto with Forest Mushrooms and Osso Bucco. WOW!!! Very different flavors, yet both incredibly delicious and addicting… Couldn’t stop eating until I literally couldn’t eat anymore! Hmmmm, should I take a star off for that?… 🙂 Takeout just got a whole lot better in my book!

I was not impressed with the quality of the food. I ordered the chicken parmesan. The breading was soggy. The chicken tasted good. It came with polenta. I do not understand how you mess it up. It was very dry. It tasted like it was leftovers and microwaved to heated up.

I am beyond excited to have discovered Eddie’s Kitchen…it surpassed the great reviews. Service was excellent, super friendly, and prompt. The food was simply delicious! We were a party of 4, and had the Grilled Salmon, Paparadelle Bolognese, Prawns Paradise and Eggplant Parm. Each dish was fantastic and the portions were huge. After dinner, Eddie came out and we were able to thank him personally. We will be back and hope to see this place thrive for many years to come.

My husband and I made reservations for 6pm, arrived on time and were seated. The focaccia bread served in a red & white checkered paper (tacky) was good, but not baked fresh. No wait staff approached our table 15 minutes in. Finally the hostess came over and took our drink order. Still no wait staff after 10 more minutes…so the hostess offered to take our order. We waited 90 minutes for our meal and still hadn’t received it, nor an update or apology for the long wait…maybe a refill offer? Nothing. We decided after 115 minutes to leave. Nasty bathrooms, horrible service and OK menu. We’ll NEVER go back.
