I’ve lived in Stockton all my life and have always ordered Eddie’s pizza. I have NEVER been more disappointed. They refused to deliver to my house, even though they have on record the DOZENS of times I’ve had a pizza delivered from them at the same address. They called me back 30 minutes AFTER I placed my order to tell me they won’t deliver to me and I can either come pick it up or they’ll just cancel my order. The lady was extremely unprofessional and rude, kept talking over me, she didn’t have an answer to any question I had. Absolutely absurd. I will never order from here again. Their whole restaurant is in a ghetto red zone and I live in an upscale neighborhood off of 8 mile. Seriously? What a joke.

I have been ordering at this exact location for several years at the same address and I probably average 1 pizza/week. Apparently something changed within a couple days of my last order and they refuse to deliver to my location with no reasoning at all. They refuse to give any information of the managers or superiors.

ordered a big ed for a birthday and it came completely burnt. would only offer a $5 credit on a $100+ order even though the food was ruined. did not want to reimburse or send a new pizza because a few pieces were bit before noticing it was completely burnt.

Terrible Pizza! We ordered a big ed for delivery for my nephews birthday party. Once we received it all the little kids took a few slices when we noticed the whole bottom of the pizza was completely burnt. It tastes as if you bit into a piece of charcoal and was as hard as a rock. We then called to tell them what happened and they said that their camera only showed the edges burnt. Since a few slices were missing they offered a $5 credit towards a $80+ pizza. They said we couldn’t bring it back to get a new one just receive the $5 credit This ruined my nephews birthday and we are now stuck with a burnt pizza that is inedible.

I tried a personal pie and drink for under 10 bux, thought it was pretty good. I came Wed evening and was in and out. I like the crispy bottom crust and dough was good. Customer service was very welcoming but even if they were plan jane, people have their good days and bad days like the rest of us. I wouldn’t judged based on it, but the food itself personally. Was interesting i returned for a refill and the lady mentioned they have really good ranch, maybe I got a bad batch but it wasn’t good to me at all! Lol. I LOVE WING STOP RANCH for the record. The place is a mess, dirty, seats are ripe, floors are old, dirty and stink. Needs a renovation!!! I can’t believe it’s in this conditions. Used to be a nice place to eat! I’m sad and upset to see this.

First time here, I’m sad I didnt know about it sooner. Their pizzas are a great size, LOADED with cheese that gives you a good foot of stretch when it comes to your table and their wedges and garlic bread were also delish. I had 4 starving teen boys and they all have happy full bellies. Place has great family ambiance. Will definitely recommend to my friends and family here in the valley
