Luck was shining on me today. The wife and I were traveling through Auburn and decided to stop for lunch in Old Town Auburn. Just as I was turning to leave, a car backed out of a street parking spot. I didn’t look a gift horse in the mouth and immediately parked. I asked the wife where she wanted to go and she said “why not here”? I looked up and saw the front window of Edelweiss restaurant.

We tried this local diner in Auburn after looking at earlier reviews. We went in during the lunch rush and had some slow service however the food was fantastic. The omelette was my favorite item and was worth the wait. Sandwich was good as well, but I prefer the breakfast over the lunch. Even with slow service, the staff had great hospitality. Will return again in the off-peak hours.

I visited this place on April 30, 2023 the food was delicious the service wishes for the best my bill was not bad I paid with a card as each waitress comes to you with a car tips I left the cache but I made a slash the next day I found that the tips were taken from my account from this restaurant for which I did not sign I do not recommend this place because people here steal money!
