This is hands down the best BBQ I’ve ever had! All food including sides are gourmet! The photos is the smoked hatch green chili cheeseburger special. They offer daily specials that include unique flavors and food items.

Came in friday at 1pm, my second time visiting edge craft, and Jacob was super friendly just like the first time. Zach sliced up a pound of brisket, turkey, 2lbs of pork ribs and I also got a quart of mac n cheese (amazing), quart of potato salad (seriously, best potato salad I’ve had in my life!), pint of okra and banana pudding (wife said it was the best she has ever had). Everything was amazing I can’t wait to go back!

When a 5 star review is deserved it should definitely be recognised. The edge craft barbecue is the best flavoured and tender meat I have ever tried. I went on a Sunday about 2pm I noticed a full rack of pork ribs on the menu and had to try them. Also we and my party was lucky enough to try the beef rib, the beef rib was out of this world flavoursome especially when dipped in a mix of the house spicy & regular bbq sauce. The pictures tell you everything you need to know about the food served at this establishment. I would look closely at the opening times and try to schedule as early as possible as the meat reserves run low, so avoiding any disappointment I advise an early visit for full menu options. The staff are 5 star also! They had time in thier busy day to show me around the place and I even had chance to see the smoker! (Where the magic happens!) Honestly this place is sooo good guys! I will 1000% be returning.

I cook Que and I eat a lot of Que at restaurants. This establishment is the best in Oklahoma. Cooked the old fashioned Texas way. Great brisket and the sausage is amazing. Saving ribs for my next visit. So glad we finally have a good Texas style Barbecue around here. Saw a YouTube guy post a bad review. Don’t believe that guy.

Ate here 8/11. The food was very good—had brisket, pulled pork, Mac & cheese and Brussels sprouts. Meats were tender and had good smoke flavor. I really liked both sides. It’s a little on the expensive side but the prices and how much meat you get are clearly marked so that’s on you if you don’t like it. Not a lot of friendly faces working there but they were attentive. Will definitely go back.

If I had a family member or friend in tow and was tasked with taking them to some of the best eats in the city, Edge Craft BBQ would be on my list. This place is delicious. The brisket, ribs, elote, and house BBQ sauce are all fantastic. Their potato salad is also good.

It was very good. The brisket was tender well flavored and the glaze on the ribs was nice. I really enjoyed the potato salad. The collard greens were just okay. They’re homemade smoked sausage is a little spicy and great flavor but a little on the dry side. Overall very clean and nice decor. A great barbecue joint.

I am from Texas and I have to say this place was phenomenal everything was fantastic the beef rib was as big as my face. The best collard greens I have ever eaten. The atmosphere was very down home. I definitely recommend. We will be back. So if your ever in Oklahoma and want some Texas Barbecue this is the place to come to.
