I’ve been coming here for over 25 years and was curious to see what the new ownership was doing. Turns out the Edgewater Inn is in great hands. While I love the pizza, I wanted a light lunch, so went with the Meatballs and Focaccia app and Spinach Chicken Salad. Delicious! Wait staff (Nevaeh) was great as well. Looking forward to many more visits.

I ate here twice in years past and the pizza and service was average at best. Since the new owners took over the food is fantastic. The ingredients and toppings are obviously of higher quality and it shows and the staff is very friendly. I see some people complain that it’s not like it used to be but you know what? That’s life! Things change, especially under new ownership, and I’m one of many that welcomes the change to Edgewater Inn. Kudos to your efforts and execution on bringing fresh food and recipes to our tables all with a positive attitude!

It’s a sad day for pizza. Not the same. If you are looking for the pizza you remember, don’t bother. I asked the staff if it was the same pizza recipe as the previous owners “kind of” was the response. Not. Even. Close. Bud. Absolutely heartbreaking. Stringy low quality cheese that drags the cheese off the flabby, barely there crust. I left two stars cuz the bartender was very nice. It weighs about 1/2 of the previous incarnation, costs about the same. If the old owners are out there and read this, how can I get one more pie?! Soooooooooo sad. It’s just such a flabby, stringy, shameful attempt at pizza. Service? 5 stars. Pizza? -5. Negative 100. I dunno. I’m SO BUMMED OUT. New owners-if you have the old recipe, save yourselves and put it back into service. The new pizza recipe has zero good qualities. Lord help me, but 7-11 makes a better pie. My wife and I each had a piece. She feels the same. Uggghhhhhhh. So depressing. The old pizza was literally the best pizza I’ve ever had. This is a dark day for pizza.

Been living in Edgewater for about 6 years now. I know this is gonna start a war, but EI was bad pizza for a long time. I live walking distance and still drive to other places to have pizza. That has changed drastically since the new owners. The crust has flavor and texture now, the toppings are fresh, and the sauce is good. Anxiously awaiting the remodel so I can be here more often. Great job!

Ive been coming to The Edge for 40 years. I like the approach Nyia is taking keeping the same vibe but updating it. No getting around it, the pizza is different but still delicious. Sweetness. I can’t wait to see the beer garden. I appreciate the addition of the kids menu.
