At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. First time here and I did like it but I’m a huge BBQ fan so my pick of BBQ my be more pickier than most. It was good but not great. I had the pork platter. They do have bottles of their BBQ sauce at every table so you can add more if you want. I didn’t care for the baked beans. To mean they were spicy but also, I like my baked beans thick and sweet. These aren’t. To each his own, though. Loved the potato salad. It’s not traditional mustard potato salad but I loved it! Staff was very helpful, restaurant was clean and atmosphere was inviting.

I have been here several times since they opened up. Been an excellent experience every time. Their BBQ and brisket is outstanding. But also try their smoked turkey and chicken. Just had the smoked chicken tacos and they were incredible. Even when the place is busy, they do a good job keeping the line moving. Staff is attentive.

Been eating at Edleys since they first opened in 12 South. I love having a location closer to home now! The food is consistently delicious and the service is always great. Tried the burnt ends on my last visit and they were fall-apart fork tender, perfect. Loved the grits as well.

Nice new restaurant. Has lots of TVs with sports and a bar. Has outside eating area. I had brisket sandwich and tried regular and hot bbq sauces. Hot wasn’t very hot to me. Liked flavor of regular bbq sauce better. Really loved the brisket. Recommend this joint.

The food was delicious. This is a pic of the burnt ends over gouda grits, which was very tasty, but a heavy dish. My family also enjoyed the brisket, fried pickles, fries, mac-n-cheese. The cashier was a bit confused, but otherwise the food is fantastic!

The food is fantastic. The brisket is juicy and flavorful. The burnt ends are great. The coleslaw and BBQ beans are the best I’ve had in a long time. The wings…. Man are they good. If you get the Tucks Special, be sure you order some sides out you’ll end up with just the sandwich. I’ve never had white BBQ sauce before, but it was great. It’s a mayo based sauce and it’s worth getting some to try.
