At Edley’s Bar-b-que we treat everyone who walks through the door like an old family friend. We pride ourselves with not taking any shortcuts in the kitchen. Our meats are smoked low and slow using Southern white oak. The sides are made from scratch daily with the same amount of attention. Everything is done with intention, from the food to the service to the music. We strive to serve the best food we can make and prove ourselves a worthy host—one plate at a time. Guest favorites include our brisket, macaroni and cheese, banana pudding, and our famous boozy milkshake, the Bushwacker. We are open lunch and dinner with a full-bar, and we offer catering for weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate lunches, family reunions, and more.

Yum! Yum! Yum! We love Edleys and this one is a favorite because the portions are perfect! You get a great amount of food for the price. We eat every bite, every time. The pulled pork is our go to but the brisket is phenomenal. We love their fries and so do our kiddos. The mac n cheese isn’t too cheesy and the banana pudding grandma approved.

Omg…Omg!! This is what I kept saying after each bite. Food was soooooo delicious. We ordered pork ribs and fried catfish. The sides…OMG the sides!!! The Mac n Cheese, Potato Salad, Greens and Grits…I can’t stop thinking about them. I was only in town for a meeting and now I would fly back just to eat here!! Service was great and customer service was second to none.

Not exactly up to what I had been told by friends. Food taste was not bad, but it was cold. As for the cleanliness of the restaurant, it was extremely disappointing. A window sill filled with dead flies, while several were flying across the tables made our lunch experience ‘unsavory’. While I know the other photo is one of a trash can, it was filthy.

Traveling One
During a recent visit to Nashville, we were looking for ribs. We went to Edleys and were excited to try their beef ribs but got there too late – they were sold out. We chose to have the brisket instead and it was delicious. It was so good with their sides and cornbread that we decided to try again a few days later to get the ribs. We were not disappointed. I will go again if ever in the area.
