Gastronomic Excellence! We had the stuffed ravioli and the spaghetti with zucchini & scallops , decaffeinated cappuccino and the pistachio cream dessert. Some of the Best food I’ve ever eaten and I’m a very good cook and foodie.IYKYK! Service was superb, starting from the phone reservation, the kind hostess and excellent wait staff.Owner took our order and was so friendly and asked if we needed any explanation of the menu. My only recommendation is that they write the American explanation of the menu under each item, this way customers know what is being offered and would speed up the ordering process as most tables including ours were asking a lot of questions about what the items on the menu were as we are not accustomed to some Italian verbiage – otherwise off the charts delicious-IMO . We will be back for Lunch and breakfast .

Since the moment Eduardo’s opened it has become my favorite place to eat. The family that owns the restaurant couldn’t be more welcoming and kind. The food is so delicious and authentic I feel transported to Italy when I am there. The pastas are the best I have had and the Uovo is a must try but I share it so it’s not the only pasta I can enjoy. I can’t help but have all four courses when I have dinner there so I can try everything on the menu. Desert is a must! They are light and delicate without being too sweet. I absolutely love this restaurant a true gem for Huntington. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough for coffee and a pastry, lunch or a fabulous dinner!

Don’t get me wrong- Chef Edoardo is obviously a very talented chef with a vision. The food is not bad by any means. The problem here lies in the lack of disclosure about what to expect. The portions are minuscule to a point of almost frustration. The pricing is likely justified by the quality of ingredients used and the unique pairings; however, an entree is meant to be filling, and this was not our experience. As some people have pointed out, yes, this restaurant may provide a “gastronomical experience,” but that doesn’t mean you should leave hungry after spending enough money to make anyone anxious. People deserve to know what to expect before choosing to dine here. If you don’t mind small plates with high prices and some admittedly unique pairings, then this may be the right place for you. If not, you might want to save your money and go elsewhere.

Struggled with whether to write a review as I want to keep this place all to myself. Love everything about this new spot in Huntington that provides superior dishes over regular Italian. Fresh homemade pasta, homemade mozzarella, homemade desserts… The lemon pasta with shrimp was packed with flavor… Simply incredible. The staff is very friendly and the place is immaculate. The serving size leaves you wanting more. Looking forward to our return.

My wife and I ate here last night. The food was unbelievable, the portion size was perfect and the wait staff was unbelievably attentive without being obtrusive. I will be recommending this place to everybody I know and I hope that does not shoot me in the foot for not being able to get a table there in the future

The latest addition to Huntington Village food scene is a wonderful Italian trattoria on the corner of Rte 110 and Gerard. Upon entering, not only are you immediately indulged by a huge selection of pastries, desserts, and treats but you are offered a perfectly curated selection of breakfast options, pasta dishes, and paninis. Impressively, everyone of these items is made in-house and you even have the option of purchasing a variety of ready-made pasta sauces and fresh ready-to-cook pastas (e.g., parpadelle, gluten free gnocchi, and even red beet buccatini). there was plenty of seating inside and outside, there’s even a window into the workspace. We shared the Azienda panini – yum! – and a smorgasbord of desserts – babba, sfiogatella, chocolate torte caprese, and a chocolate profiterole – everything was so so good! The babba really was something special: a spongy, moist cake served with a sliver of candied orange and fresh whipped cream…I would eat this every day if I could! If you are a morning coffee kind of person, give this place a try and I guarantee you’ll become a regular. The interior was perfectly appointed: elegant yet relaxed/rustic, and the owners (husband and wife team) made the experience even better with their friendly service. from the food/drinks to the ambience to the cute little vases of fresh flowers on every table to the sugar packets being served in antique tea cups, every detail was on point and made for an extraordinary experience. A true gem!

Delicious authentic Italian food in Huntington Long Island. The menu is beautifully crafted using seasonal and fresh ingredients. It’s simple yet elegant in taste. The eggplant is one to remember as well as the beet sauce ravioli. It was almost too beautiful to eat. The seafood pasta was delightful- I mean look at those scallops and crab meat! Plus, the noodles were cooked to perfection. We had tiramisu and almond cake for dessert followed by limoncello on the house to end the most perfect dinner. Service was impeccable and the chef and his family are the sweetest. Thank you and we highly recommend this new restaurant. Worth a visit

I got terrible food poisoning after going here and they told me I was wrong to suggest it was their fault even though I had not eaten anywhere else that day. The owner and his mom did not handle it well when I called in, and the email does not work. I’m going give it another shot because I want to like this place. I’d suggest you avoid a $18 sandwich that was mediocre and had me violently throwing up after – either poor food safety or not enough business to keep fresh ingredients in stock. Place probably won’t last.
