Catfish is not real catfish, it is that Asian fish, Swai. Whitening fish was tough, because they fried it while the fish is still frozen. The food truck is a poor representation to the original Ed’s Fish.

Ordered the whiting sandwich and fries. As I was so resting they were yelling for another customer to come get their order. The lady would ask me what I wanted and then yell his name as soon as I started talking so I had to repeat myself 3 times. They gave that same customer the wrong order and then proceeded to talk bad about him like he was the one who made the mistake. They took the food back and probably served it to another customer even though he admitted to having eaten out of it. When I finally got my food the fries were cold, very reminiscent of McDonald’s. My fish was terrible, it was hot-ish but it was full of corn meal and fried so hard it hurt my jaw to eat it. All in all I would give it 0 stars and won’t be coming back.

ATTENTION!! If you have ever had an Ed’s fish sandwich from the original on DB Todd, DO NOT GO HERE!! You will feel so disrespected that the name Ed’s fish is associated with this place. I would rather make the drive and pay the extra price at Ed’s out north, than to eat here again. The fish is bland, it was fried to long and it is tasteless! I ordered 6 sandwiches for my family and myself and NO ONE had anything nice to say about the sandwiches, no one finished their food. I gave them 2 stars because one, they take cards (Ed’s out north doesn’t) and I liked the lady taking the orders. The lady cooking the food is rude and unpleasant. Also, can we find a better way to inform individuals that their food is ready other than yelling their names out the window, where everyone and their mama shopping at the grocery store and dollar tree can hear

Always friendly, food is cooked while you wait or you can call in your order. My husband loves the whitening fish and I get the catfish. This is the only place we go to get a hardy sandwich. Thank you ladies for cooking up the best food here in Antioch!
