We took a spontaneous trip here and were excited at the find. You can taste how fresh the pasta is. They put together some wonderful combinations of flavors. And if pasta isn’t quite your jam they have fresh salads and sandwiches with fresh local breads and ingredients.

I really enjoyed the atmosphere and the bright art on the walls. The wood counter at the bar was nice. The boys loved the free street fighter arcade. It was our 1st time here. I’d give it 5 stars but there was two big issues. I’ll leave the worst for last… First, our register guy, Tyler, suggested we order 2 orders of cheese bread for our family of 5 when 1 order was more than enough. And secondly, my wife ordered Bucatini thinking she got the tomato based one. They served her the creamy one. She told Tyler that she thought it was tomato, he said no. She told him she doesn’t like Alfredo sauce, mostly because she has high cholesterol (341). I said, can you remake it? He said, No. He suggested adding tomato sauce to it for $2. So she just didn’t eat.

Came here for dinner and ordered the bucatini cream and carbonara with a side of bread. Everything was sooo good. The bread came with a side of garlic butter and it added so much. The bread itself tasted olive oily and I was so glad I got it. The overall meal was $30 for 2 people with the 10% student discount. Definitely give this place a try! It joined the clean plate club.

My husband and I were inspired to try Egg & Flour after watching Chef Pawlak on Hell’s Kitchen. I got the bucatini with tomato sauce and it was tangy and well-seasoned. My husband got the carbonara and loved the addition of egg yolk, he says it was savory. We’d recommend giving it a try!

Great stuff. Got the wisconsin mac and cheese with crispy chicken. Husband got the adam. Great flavors and the noodles themselves are done fantastic. My ONLY complaint would be my chicken could have been precut.

Wonderful Pasta some of the very best Milwaukee has to offer. Service was slow though as we were a party of two and there was no other patrons in the restaurant who didn’t already have their food and there were several staff members on shift.

Food was delicious, service received by the server in the picture was terrible. Since we got there, 30 minutes before closing time, he was being rude turning music so loud to push people out, we wanted to leave but our food was not ready yet. Once our food was ready, he turned the volume even higher with a terrible attitude, so much so that his coworkers called him out on it being unnecessary. If you don’t like working in the service industry, find another job.

Had lunch yesterday 2/16/2023 at the Bay View location for the first time and will not be my last. Ordered the mushroom papardelle (wild mushroom cream sauce, herbs, Parmesan) and an order of side bread (sciortino roll, house made roasted garlic butter). Everything was so delicious. Great job to all that we’re working.
