We came here not expecting it to be great. The food is authentic and fresh. Our server new the food when I asked what things were. We definitely will be back.

Amazingly delicious!!! The chicken & jalapeno egg rolls as well as the Ube cupcakes are fantastic. I stopped in today and the customer service exceeded my expectations. I was instantly offered samples while reviewing the menu (that provided an array of reasonably priced items). The facility is modern and the smell of fresh pantries is comforting. I would definitely recommend this cafe.

100% honest opinion: this business thrives because of its exceptional hospitality. From the free handouts to the constant reassurance of your comfort. But when it comes down to the food…. It’s below average. I may be hurting feelings when I say this but the taste of their actual food menu items (not from the bakery) is really unappetizing. My pho broth tasted really funky, almost like cow manure.. or a horse farm. The other dishes were definitely average, if I were served somewhere else, maybe a place with average customer service, it would’ve received a 1 star rating. The bakery items were also overly sweet and drenched in sauce/sugary substance.

We ordered the barbecue, kaldereta and chicken adobo. Barbecue was good, kaldereta was excellent(it was tender and cheesy), they did not scrimp on the sauce, the adobo was okay(it doesnt taste like the usual adobo). Eggrolls were great too! We also got halohalo which was okay too. The best part was the ube brioche. It was topped with melted cheese and generous ube filling. I am not an ube fan but this made me a convert! Excellent service too. They checked how everything was a few times. Only reason why i deducted a star was for the wait time. Will be back for sure!

I really wanted to like it, but I am sooooooo disappointed. The eggrolls were bland. I ordered the mixed. The pancit malabon is NOT malabon. It just noodles colored with anato and barely had shrimp, but it’s supposed to have different types of seafood. Again, it’s bland. The ube cupcakes were super dry and the inside were not cooked. Ugh! I won’t be going back, especially when the guy at the cupcake counter was rude. The guy in the front was nice though.

It’s our 1st time in Eggrolly and we were the only one’s eating, we ordered pansit with chicken, pork bbq, pork shumai, Pepsi and sago gulaman. I like the pansit cuz the veggies are julienned but the pork bbq is somehow spicy for me ( can’t have spicy foods ) I hope they’ll have a choice of no spice at all 🙂 the staff is very accommodating. They let us sample a special ube ensaymada with ube filling, ube topping with melted cheese, It’s soooo good . We will definitely go back for more good food

I rarely say this, but our meal here was sooooo GOOD!!! The Ube brioche and strawberry brioche were insanely awesome, the green tea and mango smoothies were spot on, the boa buns were perfectly made, and the mung bean pastry was well balanced- not too sweet or dull, just perfect for tea- we live in the city, but we will drive out to this place just for a treat! And the price was affordable! Thank you Eggrolly- you guys were also SO NICE, it was an absolute pleasure all around to experience your business!

First-timer here (8/7/21) and the egg rolls and Halo-Halo were absolutely delicious. Egg Rolls are made-to-order. Grabbed 10pc of their Special (Chicken Jalapeño) and ended up ordering 50 more pieces to-go. Halo-Halo is some of the best I have had here in the Chicagoland area. Full of ingredients and the flan had a nice texture of creaminess as well as the Halo-Halo itself after mixing. Owner and staff are very welcoming and provided a few samples of other egg rolls and pastries. Wishing nothing but the best for this unique spot! Looking forward to try other items on their menu next time.

Visiting from out of state and wanted to eat some filipino food. Great menu and fairly priced as well. Andre brought my family a ube ensaymada as a dessert for no charge and it was delicious! Made fresh. You can really taste the difference between the corporate filipino bakeries and here! Will come back again!! The cupcakes were good too
