The place had very good food and good service but it felt too homey and unprofessional. Our waitress was super friendly and helpful but was probably the owner and she was wearing jeans. It just took away from the ambiance. And we spent soooo much money, it felt like the place and the experience didn’t justify the price. But it was excellent food and good service.

Good food. Sushi is definitely a great thing to order here. The Israeli hostess/server is so kind and hardworking. We always look forward to having her. The owner/manager seems to let her do everything on her own. There have been nights here where other parties are visibly upset at the slowness of service and yet the owner/manager still does not seem to help. I love supporting Eighteen and will continue to do so – but this place needs to focus on fixing their service issues or else they will lose business.
