There is nothing we don’t love to eat at EJ’s! Jalapeño Cheddar burger with sweet potato fries and cinnamon butter is by far my absofavo! Chicken tender plate is huge and even my teenage boy doesn’t finish it (yay for leftovers!). Breakfasts are ginormous and delish. Champagne flight is a must. Service is pretty solid and they get really busy, so have some patience. Music in bar is nice but can overpower, so sometimes we choose to sit in the main room so we can converse with each other. They have lots of theme nights to draw people in, so go take advantage of it!

Will definitely try again, great service, nice place, but 2 of 5 breakfast meals the eggs were overdone. Poached eggs were hard and omelet outer edge “crispy,” other 3 meals were great.

I loved this little place. I spent 8 months in White House and wish I would have tried them sooner! Wait staff was amazing and food was just as amazing!

The food is okay. Had worse. There’s been hair in my food two times. Just ordered a bowl of soup that cost over $5 and it’s not enough to fill you up and the to go bowl is only half full. They should’ve warned me how little soup was with the bowl. Very disappointed. Not to mention it doesn’t come w bread or anything else to make it more filling.

Nice home town atmosphere. Service was slow and not what I was expecting at all. We ordered and got drinks then waited 15-20 minutes for food to come to the table. I ordered fish tacos based on the picture it looked great but received something was different than the picture and description. The fish was seasoned with lemon pepper seasoning as well which was not expected. It look like they cooked one piece of fish and cut it up and flaked it on top of three different tacos. The fish was barely lukewarm to the touch and when I asked the waitress who brought the food to the table she said she wasn’t sure she was new and was going to ask. 3-6 minutes later she came back to the table and said the fish is cold because they put other cold items with the fish on the taco. Then she said she would get someone else for us 10 minutes later our waitress finally came back to the table and her response was I’ll take it off and I’ll get your check for you right away and didn’t even ask if I wanted anything else. We never received any refills for our drinks at all… So when we asked refills she said do you want that to go cup and just pretty much just rushed us out the door. I left very disappointed ☹️. The other person in my party ordered the turkey club sandwich that he said was very good and sweet potato fries that came with a sauce that was very tasty. We also got chicken tenders with macaroni and cheese for my child and he enjoyed it.

I’ve tried this place on four occasions and have been disappointed every time. You definitely don’t want to order delivery, they’re extremely slow. The food is mediocre at best. The waffle was so thin you could see through it.

This place was terrific! My boyfriend and I decided on this restaurant for date night and everything was terrific. We were immediately serviced, asked about drinks, and our order was taken rather quickly into getting there. The food was terrific – my boyfriend getting a cuban and myself getting a burger. Everything tasted amazing, especially the sweet potato fries!! Both our server – Sky – and the staff in general were terrific and kind and I hope to return here. Go check this out!! (-:

Got up and walked out. Waitress was very snotty. Did not get menu so I ask for one, she tapped the table that had a scan on your phone. I told her I prefer a paper menu she was not happy about that but did bring me one with no prices on it. Guess I am old school but I expect polite service and a menu with prices. Guess EJ’s has plenty of business without mine.

EJ’s always receives a plus for atmosphere. This restaurant really has potential. The layout is favorable, and the kitchen appears large and set up for great service. Then the food happens. The last two times we ate there, the eggs were burnt. Omelets should not be brown and crispy. Potatoes are plain and dry. Muffin not toasted for the Eggs Benedict. We avoid Chicken and Waffles because every time we see one brought out, they are always burnt. Always. I hope that people in White House don’t believe food should be burnt, because the 4.3 rating is too high. Or, does no one want to provide real feedback? Will likely not recommend this as a place for breakfast.
