Some of the GREATEST steak nachos I’ve had in a good while—and I’m a NACHO FIEND!! The bartender, Javier was AMAZING and surprised me with his creativity in bar craft! The atmosphere was incredible and the live musician kept everything pumping! I came by myself on a whim for happy hour after work, but I will be back with eager diners. AMAZING VIBE that was sophisticated but still family-friendly!

Finally had a chance to go last night for their Wine Dinner and it was incredible. Each course along with the wine pairings were phenomenal, and every single staff member was warm and friendly and just so helpful! I’ve been meaning to go for over a year but live pretty far away in Virginia, and I’m already starting to plan my next visit so I can order off the full menu. This was one of the greatest hospitality experiences I’ve had. Jennifer and Isabella: thank you for making us feel so welcome and taking care of our gluten-free friend! We all had so much fun!!!

One of my main goals while visiting the area was to come here and have pupusas. I was not disappointed and never have been. Good enough for the 7 hour drive. Kind and attentive staff.

The moment you step foot into this lovely eatery you will know you made a good choice. Greeted immediately by the friendly staff, you’ll be escorted to a clean table and waited on with warm and expert care. The food is AMAZING. I was hoping to get baked fish but was told I should call ahead another time for that dish as it takes 50 minutes to cook. Not a problem – there are many many wonderful authentic Mexican and Salvadoran choices on the menu. I got the special: Mexican steak tacos which came with a choice of taco soup or salad. I’m so glad I chose the soup even though it was a hot day, it was delicious. Fresh ingredients and excellent care in food preparation make this a fantastic choice in the Ashton, Maryland area.

Food is delicious & very authentic. This is my favorite restaurant to visit when I’m in Maryland. Although the restaurant itself is small, but the food makes up for it. I brought in my one year old daughter who is very shy & to herself. It made me anxious to bring her because she does not sit well in crowded areas. But the staff was very friendly to her & helped me so much. They made me feel comfortable when she would get upset. They played with her and made her feel safe, which was greatly appreciated. This restaurant does a very good job at checking in on their customers and giving them a great experience. I definitely recommend going to this restaurant as it is family friendly.

Impressed from start to finish! Salsa here is thick, full of flavor. Chips come out hot, too.

This place is worth a drive. I’m in Columbia and will gladly drive 25 minutes to go here. Get here early in the evenings as there is usually a wait.

Bland, overpriced, and small portions. Salvadorian food is cheap but this was over – priced watery beans, and a scoop of white rice with mixed vegetables and seasonless meat. Small weak margarita, with all sour mix. Terrible. Flavorless and this is what the locals call good. I won’t be back. Service was fast because they have 10 waiters/waitresses standing around in matching shirts.
