This restaurant is a gem. The lengua was very well cooked and seasoned, as was the pork in the enchiladas. It also included complimentary chips and salsa. Everything was very tasty and I will definitely be back.

It was only 2 to dine in for breakfast. The waitress took our drinks and served us but didn’t want to take our order even though we were ready. She told us someone else would come. We waited more than 10 minutes. It was not even full.

El Asadero is a great little Mexican restaurant. I picked it more or less at random off of Maps and was extremely impressed by the selection of classic Mexican dishes and particularly soups. The staff were very friendly and the prices were reasonable. Pasco has many good Mexican restaurants and El Asadero is one of the good ones!
