From the outside the restaurant doesn’t look too inviting; however the interior and the food make up for it. Be aware that there aren’t that many seats available. The portions are good for the price. I recommend the carne asada and the pupusas

Small unassuming location in Little Havana. The prices are alittle higher than expected but the food is ok. I would like to try the some main lunch dishes next time

The steak is amazing. I usually eat it however it is cooked and hasn’t failed me yet. Their “fried” beans are delicious as well. Wendy is our favorite waitress and always delivers quickly with a smile. Even if you forget your order she already knows what you are in for. During lunch hours parking is severely limited. So beware. Many people don’t know how to park correctly.

Had lunch with my wife here, The Carne asada was overcoocked, low quality meat and the pork was dry and did not taste good, we asked the waitress for chimichurri and she never brought it, when we told her that she didn’t bring the chimichurri, she said that it was limited to a churrasco meat only. We are never coming back to this restaurant.

La mejor comida Salvadoreña en Miami! Whenever I am in the mood for pupusas and a hearty steak, my wife and I hit up El Atlakat. Their pupusas with chicharron y queso are the best to start the meal. I always go with the tipico guanaco meal, which is a feast. It comes with steak (topped with an egg and salsa), rice, beans, cheese, avocado and tortilla. Their carne asada is also delicious and my wife’s favorite. The waitresses are so friendly and know my order whenever I walk in. Always a pleasure coming here!
