Pretty good food, but Slowest service ever!!! If you go through drive-through expect to wait well over 20-25 minutes. Don’t go through drive-through if you see more than 1 or 2 cars and sometimes even with only couple cars you will still wait, and wait, and wait. You can go somewhere else and order, get your food, and almost get done eating before you even get your food at this place. I gave 3 stars because food is pretty good but not worth the wait.

Balls Deep Outdoors
There are many Mexican restaurants in the area but this one is mine. I probably go here once a week. The red sauce is excellent! I’ve had a few house parties catered by them and the portions were far above what I paid for! Awesome little spot! Highly recommend.

What a shame. I’ve been coming here consistently for the past 3 years. I typically come at least once or twice per week. Today I ordered my food and got home and there was hair in my food. I called and let them know over the phone and the guy agreed over the phone that he would remake my tacos and on the phone I also asked will I also get a refund and he replied yes, and asked that I bring in the other tacos back. So I pack up my two toddlers to go get my food. When I get there, they ask for the old tacos back and asked how I wanted my tacos I told them the same way. They guy then brings my tacos back and I asked for my refund. And he was like oh I don’t think they are going to give you a refund. I said well can you go ask? This was very inconvenient for me considering I had to pack up my two kids to come back up here. I come here all of the time. They guy comes back and says no. I said well that unfortunate. You’ve lost a loyal customer over $6.50. Their tacos are just okay. For me I liked the convenience of the drive thru more than anything. But if your customer service is not up to par, what’s the point.

Everything was cooked to perfection just the right amount of seasoning and heat (I added more heat) the burrito we huge and I only finished it because it was so good! This place is Everything I expected and a definite good find if you are in the area do your best to stop in and try something you won’t be disappointed!

It’s a peaceful place to have lunch/dinner the food is Great but after sitting and having lunch with a friend i haven’t seen in months we sat for 2 hours catching up talking and laughing I had My kid with me who is 2 and basically we were kicked out. The first time she asked “Is everything ok” we said yeah the second time she came back not long after and said whenever you’re ready I’m ready. THE THIRD TIME she came back again shortly after and kind of rude. “I’m ready when you’re ready” at that point we just got up paid and left we didn’t like the vibe. I’m very disappointed in this place! I went for a STEAK BURRITO and they gave me this mashed up ground beef and beans burrito it was also very soggy and the lady was very rude as well I had never had a bad experience In this place but this was juts so much and to top it off it was TASTELESS! We also order 2 steak tortas and also we’re the same! No taste very soggy

I had the bistec a la Mexicana and it was great! Good flavor, fresh, salted just right, a little spicy. It’s a 10. The rice and bean sides are classic and good. The salsas were good too, the chips would have been better warm.

Food is good! My brother comes here all the time for the burritos. I finally went to eat here for the first time. I got chicken flautas and they were really yummy! The guacamole was good too and had flavor. Rice was good! Beans are beans . Take it from a Mexican. It’s hard to find good Mexican food and this didn’t disappoint.
