The restaurant itself is very lively with a large projector playing sports and multiple TVs. The tables were greasy and the chips and salsa was underwhelming. The salsa was not fresh.

My husband and children found this gem while our son was at the Children’s Hospital. We travel from VA every 3.5 months for treatments for our children. On the first visit here, my husband and children were greeted and were given a tour. The kids felt like royalty. In fact, our daughter still tells everyone about it. They raved about the food when they picked us up from the hospital. Three months later, our entire family went there to eat. The staff was so friendly and constantly checked on us. The food was delicious! We are a food allergy family and it is very difficult for us to eat out. Some of our food allergies are anaphylactic. I explained our allergies and asked questions. The waiter went above and beyond. We had tacos, wings, and I cannot remember what my husband had. Everything was great and I am glad I was able to experience it. We are back in Cinci for treatments and we cannot wait to go here today to eat. Our 8 year old daughter has been begging to go back here to eat. Would we recommend this place, absolutely!! Every 3-3.5 months when we are in town for treatments, you can guarantee we will come here to eat! Thank you for providing safe and delicious food and for a staff that knows what they are doing!

Margaritas were absolutely amazing, customer service was wonderful, the food came out on great timing with how busy they were, the reason for 3 stars is because i truly do believe they have amazing potential to have better food!! I got the Arroz Con pollo and it was very bland, missing seasonings/ tastefulness . We had a very large party and it seems to be the same with everyone else the food could definitely be better , not the worst but not the best!! Overall a great experience , will definitely come back for Margs!!

Stopped in because it was one of the only open restaurants in Mt Adams on a Monday night and it didn’t disappoint. The margarita was great, the fries nice and crispy, and the burgers cooked perfectly. Service was good and overall was a great experience.

My wife and I decided to try El Barril in New Richmond, Ohio.. Great evening to sit on their patio. Quick service and the food delivered just as quick. I had the Carnitas and it was fantastic. The pork is slow smoked then put on flat top and I can tell you it melted in my mouth. I told the chef it was the best carnitas I have had at any restaurant. The portion sizes are really fantastic for the cost. Highly recommended!

The drinks were beautiful and great! The food was certainly not. There were green toothpicks hiding in my chile relleno so that I didn’t see them and stabbed my mouth with them. The shrimp tasted dirty, the bang bang sauce was not tasty. If you’re looking for great food, keep going. If you’re aiming to drink and chill or watch sports, it’s a great place!

First off, a great location in a nice neighborhood. It is Mount Adams, so parking is expected to be walkable. Now, the food was some of the best Mexican cuisine that we’ve had! And, the service was even better. The waitress gave great suggestions and asked all the right questions to cater to our needs. We’ll definitely be back!
