Chas, our buddy John, and I were doing a BBQ competition in Apopka, Florida and we had been eating BBQ for weeks leading into the event trying to perfect our entries. We could have eaten more BBQ or fired up a grill and cooked nearly anything, but we simply could not bring ourselves to do it. Enter El Brazero. Absolutely delicious. Steak burritos and tacos are phenomenal. Friendly people and food comes out fast. Line gets long for the lunch rush so a good tip is to call ahead. They’ll have it ready for you and it will be hot!

It’s hard to believe, but I have been eating here since 2001 or so! I was stuck here waiting for a tow truck and grabbed some lunch while I waited. I think I got 3 steak tacos and a steak gordita that 1st time and I have probably visited them hundreds of times since! I absolutely love everything they offer. The food is fresh made, homemade, authentic Mexican food made by the same few ladies that made my 1st few tacos. They feel like friends/ family to me and I’ll drive out of my way to get myself a few tacos, a gordita or a burrito that could easily feed 2, but it’s mine, all mine, get your own

Be aware of the charge through the credit cards. They told me an amount and when checking few minutes later the amount charge was more that i was told. Also, the person who serve me was not in a good mood, is good to help small business but with this kind of situations you can’t. she didn’t provide any receipt for this but i was able to call my credit card at the moment to place a stop payment and pay in cash for their service BUT BE AWARE IF YOU STOP BY
