It’s a good time every time we come here. The service is friendly and fast. The food comes out hot and delicious. Don’t be afraid to ask for more tortillas. Meal comes with 3 but they’ll gladly give more. Even though we have 3 authentic Mexican restaurants in our town, they are all great and worth going to depending on what side of town you’re on.

New place is pretty nice food was the same, but my brother has to request a burrito that we always got at east side elro 17 years ago & a young guy told me his dad owns all these places & I never purchased said burrito from them cause he would know. Joking I mentioned he had no involvement with my lunch order when he was 5 and he got a little heated .

I would not recommend anyone eat at this restaurant because of the terrible service. First, we asked for our party to be seated together and the waitstaff refused. Not a big deal, we were fine with sitting apart if that would be easier on the servers. Despite this, the service was still terrible. It took 30 minutes to get our drinks and over an hour from arrival before we got our food. Our server never brought me the tortillas that come with the arroz con pollo, even after I asked. She also never brought a steak knife when asked, so another member of our party couldn’t eat his food before it got cold. The waitress was so rude to us and did not care at all. She let cups go empty, seldom checked on us, and was not helpful. I wondered if this was just us, or if it’s a waitstaff problem, so I took note of another party seated after us. They waited 25 minutes for their drinks and the waitress took so long to come back to get their order, that they left before she did.

The food was decent but not great. The margaritas were very weak like it had the mix flavor but alcohol content was very very little. 2 of the 20 oz margaritas and barely feeling anything from it where as one shot of tequila gives me a warm fuzzy feeling just to give an idea of how weak the margaritas were. They served my child a with a broken bowl that could have cut him but they took the Mac and cheese that was in that bowl off the bill. Our server was decent. A different server seated another party across from us and stood there speaking in Spanish cutting up making fun of us not realizing that I understand a bit of Spanish. Rude.

The food was good at the restaurant, and the prices were very reasonable. Four of us ate lunch there for less than 80 bucks, which is a good deal. The service was not great. I don’t know if the server was new or poorly trained or wasn’t well versed in how to take care of customers. He kept bringing out multiple tables but not for the whole table which left one of our party not able to eat with the rest of us at least for about 5 minutes or so. Also we asked for extra sour cream three times. It was busy but not super busy so I think the server could have handled a little bit better. Again I don’t know if it was bad training or what but the service was not great.
