Chili Verde (“green pork” on the menu) was good. Very nice and tender shines of fall apart pork. The sauce was good and the beans were well cooked too. Overall though, it was just a little on the bland side. I love strong fresh bakery smell when you walk in. The concha was fluffy and good. There are very good small custards in the cooler – not flan – but very good custard!

At 9am i order a breakfast burrito. the inly customer in the place. The lady says they out of potato for the hash browns and offers tice or beans as a replacement. I choose rice. I see a sandwich baggie of rice taken out of the microwave which I could only assume was from the day before go in my burrito. 3 people working on this burrito. 15 minutes after getting there I get the burrito. she says “be careful it’s hot.” When I open it the tortilla is still cold when I eat it the sausage is barely warm enough.
