They made my order wrong. I ordered steak nachos with fresh jalapeño peppers. They gave me meat, cheese and sour cream and pickled jalapeños. No lettuce or tomatoes. I called them to let them know of the error and they would not refund my money. They said that they do not do refunds, even if it is not the customers fault that their order is wrong. There are other good Mexican restaurants in the area. I will never go there again.

Awesome little place to go! Had a craving for a burrito and decided to try a new place. Salsa is awesome, and chips are fresh. Had a burrito with eggs and chorizo beans and rice. Definitely will go back for another! Husband had almost the same thing, he added steak and said that was even done correctly.

I am only rating this place low because everytime I have dined in, the music/and the videos are very explicit. Really, this is what you have customers listening and watching in your business. Not to mention I just went today with my 8 & 6 year old and had to keep them from looking at the TV which was very inappropriate for a business, period! They should definitely consider changing the music/videos.

Today was the first day me and my husband went to El Burrito Express and to my surprise I ordered a usual meal that I’ll have it any other Mexican restaurant three tostada meal my husband ordered Cecina A La Mexicana he couldn’t finish his meal and I didn’t get past 1 Tostada it was so salty .I don’t recommend this place the service was bad they didn’t even bother to ask if everything was OK like in other places they are limited on beverages. It was the worst 1st experience never again.

When you have to put up a sign that says no refunds there must be a reason why. I will never throw my money away at this place again. My husband and I both had terrible food. The steak torta and tacos were burnt and very dry. I was told by the manager that the food was grilled and the food was good. They would not refund me my money. Apparently my own (or your) opinion of what is good and edible does not matter at this business. I advise you to not waste your own money here.

The other day my husband and I stop in at El burrito. after leaving the hospital. He loves there burrito dinner and I ordered three steak toco’s when we got home the steak toco’s wasn’t in the bag. I call back up there and was told they had to wait for the manager. Didn’t get a chance to enjoy my toco’s and as a senior citizen we don’t get out much the waitress stated she put them in the bag not disputing her just not in the right bag. Shame on you EL Burrito.
