We just found our new favorite restaurant. I had the Jessica special, and it was delicious. My wife had the chicken soup, and she said it was amazing. The margarita my wife had was on point. I don’t normally like margaritas but the one she had was very good. We will be going back to try some other items off the menu.

Solid Mexican food. Festive music and live Mariachi music on the weekends. Carne asada is not my favorite. Very thinly sliced and dry. The other staples are pretty solid. Margaritas are good and I liked the happy guy who brings you a complementary tequila shot of their house liquor.

Fun, friendly place with delicious food. Everything is made fresh on the premises. Pablo, our server, was cordial and attentive. The owner, Mario, made the rounds and was jovial and seemed to really care about his customers. The food was, in my opinion, better than any other Mexican food you can find in Louisville. If you like Mexican food, go here. You will love it. They get my seal of approval.

With the yummy pictures and great reviews of this place we decided to go. I was expecting to rave about it like the many others had. I give it a 3 for the service. She was fast & friendly. The rest of the experience would be a zero. All 4 plates ordered & starting with the cheese dip were awful. Cheese is bland and was cold, had to ask to be reheated. Every meat was overly salty and just fair, nothing special at all and very thinly sliced and stingy with the amount of it for $26. I usually give the place a fair chance but I couldn’t find one item that any of us had that was worth mentioning. Burritos small and too salty and covered in that bland cheese mess, the rice… just no. Hugely disappointed and for $92 plus tip, not worth it.

Service was amazing the food was ok but a group of females were there taking shots out of each other’s breast in front of my daughters and the language was just disgusting. The staff never said a word the man that seemed to be the manager was actually all happy pouring shots down their mouths with the bottle as if we were in a club. Definitely not a kid friendly place.
