Ordered fajita taco salad with chicken. It is made in a fried shell and we have gotten it a lot when we go there. The filling in the shell was below the half way height of the shell. It was all refried beans and onions and the onions were very close to being raw. We also got fundito dip and they have thinned it out ALOT .I was sooo hungry today and was looking forward to eating this cause like I said we get it a lot. What a waste of money. We won’t be back.

Ordered unsweetened tea. Wife couldn’t drink it water was terrible. Sent it back. Had to get a drink from the fridge She also ordered food a combo tacco and burrito. The burrito couldn’t cut into it. Chicken was so tough. She picked it up and water literally ran out as if it was frozen and no one drained the meat after it was microwave Only thing that she ate were the beans. I had the fajita beef an chicken. Couldn’t even cut either with a knife. No flavor or seasening on the meat just the peppers and onions. Rice was hard. We were there 08/01/23 around 1215. Only 6 people were eating. We are from out of town an definitely will not be back. Went to give the leftovers to the dog an he won’t even eat it. To bad there is no zeros for the rating

This place was fantastic! The Chile relleno was cooked perfectly and everything else tasted great. The prices are fair and the servers were very friendly! I would recommend this place if you’re looking for authentic Mexican food in Erie.

Ordered 2 servings of nacho Supreme. Came with half of the ingredients on the menu and only 1 set of extra chips and salsa. Quite a disappointment both taste and expectation.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I ordered a simple order of chips with queso and 3 hard tacos just to drive all the way home and my order was wrong, mind you all the while with 4 screaming hungry kids. Tacos were small and bland, and instead of chips with queso I have a huge container of salsa. Called to go back and pick up queso and get a discount only to go there ONCE again and get NO queso and only 3 dollars back. So now my kids are stuck here with a huge bag filled with nachos will never come here again!!!! P.s- I tipped generously as well. Avoid this place at all costs!

I’ve loved this Mexican chain since they first moved to Erie PA. Whether it be the one on 12th Street or the one on peach Street they are both great for me. Any chance I get when I’m traveling through Erie since I no longer live there to stop at this particular Mexican place is always a happy moment. Not that there isn’t good Mexican other places but this is what I grew up on and this is what tastes right to me and I will continue eating here every chance I get.

Paid $47.10 for 2 chicken fajita salad and 2 quesos ! The salads were 90% refried beans and uncooked veggies and the queso was so thin it does go on the chips! We will not be back. I’ll stick to el amigos!
