I was pleasantly surprised by this place. To put it in context, I went on a Sunday evening, so it wasn’t that busy. I was really surprised though. Excellent staff, amazing atmosphere, all the employees from what I could see were constantly cleaning, checking on guests, and basically just moving. Looked like a well oiled machine. The food was great! It was fast, cheap, and you seemed to get more for the money than most places. This may be my new favorite Mexican place.

The food was tasty but basic. Nothing to go home and brag about. Queso came out thick and cooled and hardened within the first couple bites. Salsa was good, but not the best I have had. Salad looked like they dumped a bag of shredded lettuc on it and added the shrimp. Shrimp was very tasty atleast. The service gave us our drinks and food as needed but could have been a little bit more friendly. A Smile, thankyou, have a nice day, how was your meal? Would have been nice. The atmosphere was beautiful. It overlooks the streets of Fuquay-Varina. Nice scenery for people watching. Inside was fresh and nicely decorated. The drink menu looked amazing. If your looking for a fun alcoholic beverage this would be the place. A plus for using biodegradable straws!

We came during lunch on a Tuesday around 12:30pm. We didn’t have any issues finding parking or getting a table but it did look decently busy.

I came here with my husband and our infant for a late lunch. The place was not very busy at the time and we were seated quickly. I will say that it is nicely decorated and the atmosphere was awesome. Music playing not too loudly, smells fantastic, and the decor was lovely. Our baby is not yet able to sit in a high chair so we had her stroller along as well. The lady who sat is assured us it would not be an issue but then proceeded to sit us all the way in the back of the restaurant in this little hallway of sorts. There were other people sitting at those tables who are now effectively blocked because it was a booth so we had to put the baby at the end of the table. It was so awkward and uncomfortable the whole time. We tried to make the best of it and ordered our food. It’s as forever as the waiter was sitting down at a table, watching TV instead of serving the customers. When we finally placed our order did come out fairly quickly! However, the portions were so small And the prices were ridiculous I understand you’re in the heart of downtown Fuquay, but for Mexican food those prices were high, but I could even justify the high prices because of the location, but the portions were meager. This is not traditional Mexican style portioning. Food was not bad but it wasn’t great either.

I had the lunch chicken fajitas. There was a generous portion of delicious chicken, and the presentation was nice. The meal included rice and sour cream/guacamole salad. José was our waiter. He was very attentive and provided excellent customer service.

Food was bland. It wasn’t bad, just no flavor. 3 out of 4 meals tasted like there was no seasoning. Drinks were ok too.

The food here was fantastic, as was the wait staff and overall aesthetic of the place. So inexpensive, too!! I live in the area, so this will definitely be my go-to restaurant for when I want Mexican for a sit down meal. Just a few steps from a public parking lot, which makes this not only a delicious option, but a convenient one too.

First off they just opened so you have to assume there are going to be long waits and there are a lot of kinks to work out. We went for dinner on Wednesday and waited about 30 minutes to be seated which was what they told us the wait would be. Initially we had great service and got chips & salsa and margaritas pretty fast but service went downhill from there. We ordered queso that took about 25 minutes to get to our table and we had to hunt down the server and remind her. We also had to hunt her down for more drink orders. I think a lot of this had to do with being a new restaurant and being very crowded. Food also took awhile to get out but it was hot and fresh food. Food wise and decor wise I would give this place 5 stars, but they will need to work out the kinks which is understandable for it just having opened.

There were three of us for lunch. We were each very pleased with our meals. Portions were a very good size. I was able to take some home and have it for another meal. You can see in the picture how large the salmon was.
