The fajitas were excellent. I made 3 very filled fajitas and still ended up with some to take home for dinner the next evening. The guacamole was very good. The food was reasonably priced. I enjoyed my dinner. They did not rush you like most places. Most restaurants you get a very rushed feeling while eating. Not here you can relax and enjoy your dinner. Will definitely go back.

My mother is Hispanic and I grew up on Mexican food. I did not think I would find a good Mexican restaurant in Michigan but El Cerrito’s was almost as good as mom made. I have been there several times now and will go back again.

The atmosphere of the restaurant was great. The servers were really friendly. My husband and I really liked the margaritas but the food was not good. My husband had Tacos and I had a quesadilla. I’m sure their is probably other things on the menu that might be better but our experience was enough to make us not want to try again.

My niece got a steak from this place and there was a huge piece of paper tape on her steak. The manager was not there and there was no manager i could speak with so they called a manager/the owner for me. He offered me gift certificates but I declined as I will not be back. I was not charged for any of my order but this was unacceptable
