They tipped themselves. I came in with my family today, food was amazing, service was terrible. I didn’t get straws, didn’t get condiments I had asked for, wasn’t checked up on a single time. Not to mention the bathroom didn’t have soap, napkins, a lock, or a seat cover in one of the stalls. Anyway when it came time to pay, my bill was close to $300 which is fine, i know what i ordered. However, I was under the impression that i would sign a receipt and sign a tip. WRONG. I swiped my card & they didn’t give me a receipt. When I asked for it they said it wouldn’t print out. I asked about the tip since I wanted to leave it on my card and turns out she gave herself a $60 tip on my behalf. Not okay. I am always one to tip good but not getting to chose my tip rubs me the wrong way. And the fact that she still told us the previous amount when I swiped my card instead of the amount WITH the tip is disgusting.

It’s Friday date night , I and my wife are looking forward to trying this place, only to be disappointed by table service they provided us. From the beginning the waitress had an attitude of “ I don’t wanna be here “ so that was bad. We get to order our food, and sure enough it was messed up, I Oder a shrimp tostada to snack before our meal, and she decided to bring it dead last. moving on my wife the shrimp cocktail..waitress gave her no crackers,,I had the Filete Reyeno and the stuffing was missing, not only that,my silverware was swimming in my food. Very bad table service like I said. I ask the girl how come my food wasn’t what I asked ? She went to the kitchen and brought back the stuffing (shrimp & sautéed mushrooms) in a separate bowl it looked un appetizing also disgusting and nevertheless I didn’t even touched it. All bad beginning to end. I usually tip above average 15% 20% with Good service, it doesn’t even have to be excellent that’s rare. But this establishment couldn’t even be mediocre. So let’s just say the service reflected the tip on my bill. I give them 2 rating. Next time I’ll go to La Palma down the street.

This place is so delicious!!!!! The service was amazing!!!! I traveled over an hour away because my brother is always raving about the quality of food and how flavorful it is. I recommend this location. Will definitely be coming back this week.

The food was delicious but the bathrooms were very unsanitary and disgusting. One of the toilets had no seat, no toilet paper, and the lights turned off on me while using the restroom. I tried to order something off the menu and the lady told me they don’t have that item anymore but still keep it in the menu. The server was horrible as well, took 45 minutes to bring out more salsa. The musicians there played major favorites and didn’t serve everyone equally. At one point we ordered more beers but they told us they didn’t have anymore?! What kind of restaurant runs out of beer? This was my second time coming here and it was not a good experience.

Food is good, but the band they had was wack we are here to enjoy not to be at some ones bday party. Either the band takes care of everyone or no one. Restaurant needs to make sure their priorities are clear and take care of the real customers who spend money on food and drinks, not the ones who eat chips and salsa and spend their money on the band.

I ordered the fried tilapia, there was no sauce or lemon (which should definitely be in it). The salad was a few pieces of lettuce (less than 10 little pieces). The side of rice that come with was very minimal.

This place was great. We got chicken fagitas, shrimp and fish tacos and they were delicious. I only wish they gutted the shrimp, which for me is a big deal. The service was fast and the lady working the front was great. I will definitely be coming back to try other meals.

One star is too much. Service was horrible. Shrimp was bad. We were given pkgs of ketchup for shrimp cocktail. They were out of soft drinks. We went early evening 6 pm. We will not be returning.

Would not recommend. The first time trying this place we thought ok; they are pretty busy; so maybe that’s why the food wasn’t the best. We decided to give it a second try and we were once again disappointed. We tried different foods and none had flavor, not even salt. The chips and salsa had no salt, nor flavor. The chips looked as if they grabbed the last of the chips and poured them on the chip bowl. The waitress gave horrible service. She didn’t seem to know how the dishes were served. I asked for extra green sauce, she never brought it. The only reason I gave it a 1 star rating was because the empenadas they have are the only ok dish they have. Note: they were not busy.
