The only reason why I’m here giving them a review with one star is because of my experience the last few times I’ve order from this place. I been coming to this restaurant quite a few times over the years. To be honest the service, the food portions and the customer service has been lacking. Even the place itself needs to be upgraded. Today I was more dissatisfied and disappointed in the service I was giving and needless to say the way the owner himself acted when I went back to asked why the portion of the Chile was so little. For them to charge me extra $ to add a scoop of Chile? for a plate that should be well Portioned. I’m not sure if this is just a lack of customer satisfaction, or the owner doesn’t care about his loyal clientele. This people make money making good food and to be somewhat selfish to add more to their plates?? The whole point of a plate is to go home happy not to go home still hungry because a place wasn’t filling enough.

Tripas are totally hard & dry, lengua has no flavor & that meat is boiled, disgusting. Cabeza mulita is great & the beans are great, but…guacamole is Way overly priced at $5 for a tablespoon…no bueno, if anything I’d probably just order the beans.

I’ve been here once before and I was extremely satisfied but this time totally disappointed. The food was substandard in quality and taste, the server seem to be annoyed for some reason I cannot recommend this place at all. save your money and find another alternative I hope they change back to the way they were.

I wanted Menudo and everyone seems to rate it really well but it was anything but that. The best part was just the home made tortillas but the menudo was also greyish which is not something I’ve seen anywhere else. It is also pretty pricy at $18 for something that isn’t even good. Do not recommend for Menudo.

I will start by saying that on my birthday I had the worst experience in this place, the cream for the coffee was spoiled and the waitress with the worst attitude dared to tell me to check them before putting them in the coffee because some of them were spoiled. The food portions are childlike, the tabletop flowers are layered with dust, and the service is terrible. $80 dollars for 2 children and myself is exaggerated for this bad experience. I would give it 0 stars if possible. Don’t waste your money on this place. you will be disappointed.
