This will forever be our go to taco truck/burger truck location! El Chapin has both the taco and burger locations, I tried each and just WOW! I got the pollo super burrito and it came with 2 sauce cups that I didn’t ask for but so happy to receive! The burrito was so big I couldn’t even finish it, no matter how hard I tried, and felt like a stuffed pig! My partner order the double cheeseburger from the burger truck and the fries come with the burger for the price. Best burger I’ve ever had hands down! The fries were made fresh and were perfectly seasoned and came with a side of the “Chapin Sauce” which is so good! Everything was fresh and made to order so it’s worth the wait! We got to meet the owner Louise and he’s such a sweet hard working man, I’ll be for sure sporting the business and supporting whenever I can! The staff is so friendly at these locations! I wish them all the best!

Ok, I have to edit my review now. We have been here several times since they opened and most of the time, it’s all good. BUT, this is the 2nd time I ordered burgers that I had to throw away when I got home to eat it. This is NOT OK when I spent $28 for 2 burgers. The first time I let it go and didn’t edit my review but this time I felt it was necessary.

Incredible food truck. Best tacos I’ve had in the Springs and the Tamale plate is to die for. Never gotten a bad meal in years of using them. Now they have the burger & shakes food truck too and it is so hard to choose between the two. The team is super friendly and helpful. But the real star is the food, you can’t go wrong with this establishment.

Authentic street tacos. Asado fries are made with freshly cut potatoes and guac is added at no extra cost. Cute little outdoor patio with beautiful views of the mountains. Right next door to Ranch Foods Direct – great for browsing while your food is being prepared from the taco truck!!
