This place was a pleasant surprise. The food was outstanding. We had the El Charrito special for two. The amount of food was more than the two of us could eat. A bargain, too, at $22. I highly recommend this restaurant.

We have been here many times for many years but this past weekend we had a horrible experience. They were short staffed and the food was very slow to come out. When the last dish was brought out from the kitchen to our table my husband said to stop eating because there was a dead roach laying upside down in his meal. He told the manager and showed him the plate and we told him we were leaving. I have never experienced that in my life time. They are in the process of remodeling so I hope they are more careful in the future for with the cleanliness of the food.

Where to begin. The place is not much to look at, it is clean. The wait staff was attentive, yet let me eat my food. One of the few places I would not have a problem going back to alone. If you are looking for good favors but not a bunch of spices drowning out the true flavor of your food, this place should be on your must eat at list. Also, as a side note there was no music or tv going on in the background it was a peaceful lunch! It will definitely be a place I will go back to, when I am heading that way. Usually a great place to eat, not tonight. Wife had a chicken bone the length of your pinky finger in her chicken chimichanga. Chips were from a bag and crushed into small pieces you couldn’t even dip them into sauce. The server never asked if we needed refills. This place sucked tonight. Tried to paste picture but wouldn’t allow me to. You would think they would have discounted the ticket for the mishaps but didn’t.

We love Mexican food and this is by far Not the best I’ve had, pretty bland in flavor. My daughter turned her nose up at the “pizza” which was just hamburger with tomato sauce between two tortillas so I had to order her something else.

Nothing about this restaurant ever disappoints. My family’s favorite mexican restaurant and they are everything- fast, friendly, delicious, well priced. Portions are large, as well as complimentary chips and salsa, you will have leftovers if you can stop eating! And the complimentary dessert chip with whipped cream and chocolate sauce is the perfect ender. Love this place!
