We almost didn’t go in based on how the outside landscaping looked. We did try frozen margaritas, but didn’t know if food would be good, again based on our observation of the landscaping. Food at other tables looked good. Restaurant looks clean inside

The Service at “El Charro” Was Outstanding…They Don’t Give You Spoons but You Can Request Them…Your Gonna Want to Get Every Little Bit…Went for My 56th B Day and We Ordered the Carnitas Plate And Fish Plate and Chicken Fajitas…OMG…Three Dinners were around $64 With a Corona and Some Tea’s…The Chips were Divine …Light and Crispy…I Did Not Take Anything Home…So Full I Almost Fell Asleep Driving…Military Respectful & PTSD Friendly…There Must Have Been Mexican Grandma’s in the Kitchen….This Place is The Real Deal…Don’t Snack Before You Go…But If You Do…Make Sure You Bring Some Home…Not for the Dog…Just for Poppa…Best Authentic Mexican Food in Kansas…Lcpl A J Davila USMC Desert Storm Veteran…Ohhh Rahhh El Charro…!!!

Very friendly and comfortable Mexican restaurant. The menu has a very good selection of items and the prices are reasonable. I’ve tried several different dishes and they have all been good with generous portions. The staff is quite friendly and knowledgeable about the menu selections.

First and probably the only time at this restaurant. My wife and I were on our way to Des Moines Iowa from Austin TX. Everything was great. Food, service, atmosphere were great. We got our food within ten minutes and there were quite a few patrons. If I ever drive through this small town I will stop to eat at this restaurant again.

The service was very nice, however they didn’t offer a wide variety of drinks i asked for a pepsi and they said they could only give me a coke. My friend and I both ordered the same dish and it was so bland and left a very bad after taste!
