The days they are closed are the worst days of the week. If I was single and didn’t have other mouths to feed, I would eat El Charro every day. It’s so good and always fast. No matter what I order, it’s ready in 15 minutes max.

Driving through the area and we needed to stop for supper. El Charro had bustling take out orders and after eating here, we know why. We really enjoyed our meal, and service was great! The salsa had great flavor; they gave a fresh spin to this Mexican staple. Mrs. Flip Out had the chicken flautas and they were very good. I had a combination plate with a burrito, taco, and enchilada. I really enjoyed my meal, and the rice and beans were good also. If you’re traveling through Sayre, stop in for a bite.

My husband and I both agreed that the burritos we get from hutches are better than El charro and we don’t like the hutches ones either. Only tried the one time. The beans had practically no seasoning

The service was outstanding. This is a mom and pop Mexican food restaurant with an extensive menu. Everything is made by hand when you order it. It’s a fast and excellent meal!

Well first thing I founded the decoration is really sad me the ac unit on the wall is filthy and smell like wet dog ,waitress/owner way to dry long face zero friendly ,guacamole it was smaller portions filled with onions no flavor ,when I was ordering my meal Wanted to add a Chile relleno i ask if I wanted the 3.50 (frozen kind )or the 7 dollar (was homemade) how can you even said that or offer that to you clients ,waited for food over 30 min for food even when restaurant was empty really horrible flavor and sauce was to water down and running beans no worth it and disappointed also way pricey definitely they don’t know how to ran their business looks they lucky to be the only one in town , I did over heard her speaking with other tables and the same waitress was told them to change to many item on their plates because it makes it harder on the cooks

Great food! Awesome flavor! Small dining considering Covid. We ate outdoors and had plenty for our family of 7. Friendly service. Definitely a must stop! Good portions!

Went out of my way to try this place. Quaint, authentic, good carne asada tacos. Fast service, inexpensive, and friendly. I’d come here regularly if I lived closer.

Was crazy expensive for items and portion size. Over 2 bucks for that small portion of guacamole that can really use some salt so could the salsa. No bite either.

The fajita for 2 said $20.97 for 2 people. They charged us $27.97 . When asked about it they did “ The menus were not right but of course they did not tell us the be price when we ordered!! The worst place ever. We asked for a burrito and they brought a flour tortilla with just meat inside. I asked for a Mexican style steak and it came in covered with tomatoes and jalapeños on top, nasty. I wouldn’t recommend it to any person who’s had real Mexican food. It was worst than Taco Bell and that’s saying a lot.
