My wife and I ordered the combo plate to share. Man was it a lot of food. We chose chicken and carne asada for the meats, everything was cooked well and the seasoning was tasty. The large green chili peppers were perfect to cut strips and add to your tacos. We will definitely be back and bring some friends to try it.

The food was great. They’re a little short staffed so expect a bit of a wait but it’s worth it. My cheeseburger was very tasty, filling, and different than other burgers around. Desserts are very decadent and the staff is very friendly. Give them a try if you’re in the area and you won’t be disappointed. Will definitely be back. Wishing El Chiple a lot of success

Went for lunch and was told the ownership had changed. I ordered the green chile chicken enchilada. The chile was bland and they used some kind of crumble cheese on top which isn’t as good as what most restaurants use. Food wasn’t bad, but mediocre New Mexican food just isn’t going to cut it in this state.

The food is AMAZING! Usually with any restaurant, either the red or green chile is an obvious favorite for me, but here, I can’t decide – they are both fantastic! Aranza was an amazing and sweet server. I can’t wait to come back.

I gotta say the menudo is very good. The service is good. The chilaquiles not so much. Specially the red. It tasted like enchilada sauce not chilaquiles. I hope you guys keep improving as there is definitely room for it.
