I found this restaurant Tuesday last week. We has lunch tacos then. Today we went back and had lunch inside. The outside is a little rough looking, but inside is clean. The staff is so friendly and the food is incredible. Today my staff had tacos again and I went with the steak fajitas and we were all full and happy. Instead of getting the tan mashed beans they call refried, they give you black beans. They are warm, smoky and oh so good. Their Spanish rice is the best I’ve ever had. All I can say is outstanding. Absolutely a gem.

This place is a hidden gem. If you weren’t seeking them out, you’d probably drive on by this older, slightly unkempt looking building, but boy, am I glad I didn’t drive on by. Inside, I found a very clean and bright dining area with extremely nice staff and absolutely fantastic food. I tried a few different tacos, including crispy tripa, al pastor, and birria with avocado. I’ve never had tacos, so chock full of meat, cilantro, and onions. The homemade sauces were great, my favorite with the orange, which had a really good heat to it. The complimentary homemade salsa was excellent and was served with a small side of queso and tortilla chips.

I’ve been driving by this place for a couple of months, the curiosity finally got to me. This is a small, charming, Mexican restaurant. The visit was for lunch with a collegue. The ambiance was warm and inviting, nice carved and painted tables and chairs pulls it all together. The staff was friendly and attentive. The lunch menu had numerous options in the $10 range, not bad! We went with the steak fajitas, you can hear the cook making it in the kitchen, this was not premade food getting nuked and served! Meanwhile, we were served the typical chips and salsa that is expected at most Mexican restaurants, salsa was good, and they put a hot queso cheese dip with it, very nice! When the entree was served, I was pleased with the portion size, wasn’t sure what I was getting for $10, I was quite full when we left. The flavor of the food was pretty good, washed it all down with a delicious cucumber juice of sorts. I look forward to trying their other menu items on future visits, can see it becoming a favorite lunch stop!

Very cute and small restaurant, but you are not here for the views, the chicken chimichanga burrito is really good, rice is well seasoned and cooked to perfection, chimichanga was beautiful wrapped and so much cheese goodness and chicken inside, my son’s quesadilla is good and fries were good as well, my paella was huge is for like 3 people very good flavors and good amount of seafood for like 20 dollars, bread was buttery and toasted. 5 stars on the food. This googles reviews are not exaggerated. Guys I had to come back after the birria was sold out yesterday, let me tell you it was a huge WOW, best quesabirria tacos in Indiana (probably the midwest) I ordered them to go and let me tell you will not be dissapointed!!! Super soft meat, well seasoned, it is only two in the order but they are huge and the birria soup is fantastic!!!!! My favorite dish so far

The owner greeted me in Spanish whoch i don’t speak. The restaurant was a small cozy building, family run, with lots of natural light. My pork burrito was large and very tasty. When I paid, the bill, it didn’t ask for a tip which I had to ask to include. Woyld recommend this place for a great Mexican food experience.

Pretty small family restaurant. The food per plate is enough for 2. And delicious.

I can’t say enough about this place! Everything, the staff, the food, the dessert, my pineapple water, all amazing. I normally don’t order shrimp chimichangas because a lot of places will use 6 or 8 pieces. This chimichanga was PACKED with shrimp! Everything was fresh and delicious! I’d give it more stars if I could.

The food was very good. Margarita was good and strong. Would have been nice if our server came back to check on us after taking our order, she wasn’t even the one who brought the food. Have never seen a beach motif at a Mexican restaurant so that was neat.

We finally visited this restaurant and have been back every week. The Al Pastor tacos are the best we’ve had since visiting Mexico. They actually contain bits of pineapple! Quesabirria is also amazing. So far we’ve only tried the tacos and churros, but everything has been flavorful and cooked perfectly. The staff is also amazing. We will definitely be going back quite often.
