We had an great time with new friends here. The food was amazing as well as the service. We had a variety of tapas and sharables and they were all really well prepared and tasted great! We sat out on the patio and it was comfy with the lounge couches. Highly recommend visiting as we will surely be going back!

Food tasted amazing. However, the portions are small. Breakfast is served till 4pm. The scenery is beautiful. Definitely a great place for a date night. The drinks were very strong and I loved that!

I was apprehensive to come here for my birthday dinner because of the reviews I read but it’s just so beautiful inside I wanted to be there and try it for myself. I’m glad I did because I completely disagree with the reviews I saw here. The service was prompt , friendly and the food came out much faster than anticipated. All of it was completely delicious and just the right portions to make you full but not like too full where you regret it 🙂 it was the perfect place for my birthday meal ! I got the mahi mahi tacos , we got the jalapeño salsa and chips and my husband got the blackened chicken. And all of those were incredible !

What a lovely spot for drinks with a friend. We had the chicken torta and the pork tacos. The torta was generously sized, but I personally thought it was kind of sloppily put together and had too much mayo for my taste (personal preference). The pork tacos had a lovely flavor and a big portion of meat! The green sauce gave it a lot of moisture, but the part that wasn’t covered was a bit dry. I still enjoyed them though. We each had a cocktail, which were strong and v tasty! Obviously this place is expensive, given the location and stunning view, but we had a great time and received fabulous service!

What a beautiful experience tonight! I got to sit in one of the daybed tables and caught the sunset. Service was spectacular by Violet, she was Knowledgeable about the food menu and drink menu as well. I had a hard time deciding what I wanted to eat and drink and violet was able to help me navigate to great options.

Spectacular dining experience on beautiful Carillon Point! Panoramic views from every seat. I love the banquette seating and fabulous outdoor lounge area. Best deck on the eastside! High end, authentic Mexican food and dessert that feels like home. Thoughtful drink menu and wine list. Service is warm and professional. Our new favorite date spot and place to celebrate! Well done Encanto!
