The food, service, and atmosphere were great (4 stars all around) until the end. We sat inside, and all of the staff were attentive. Then the trash truck pulled up. Apparently, the trash company only sent one person on the truck to remove the patio debris. SO! Two staff members went outside to help. Unfortunately, one of them was our waiter. He came back inside before the truck was finished. He came to get our credit card WITHOUT washing his hands. After giving the bar manager our card and doing some things at the bar (running checks?), he went to the kitchen area and brought chips to the table next to us.

Found El Encanto de Lola pre Covid. Was stoked to return to this place. This is the third time we had dinner here. Aside from the server Luise’s initial lack luster welcoming till he realized we were in the industry the place was decent. Food was okay if you prefer Americanized Mexican food. Mexican cuisine is about the add on’s like the sauces, cremes, seeds and limes. You got to have a lot of lime wedges when serving Mexican food not one tiny semi dried out lime wedge for the entire meal of two diners.

I had a shrimp burrito and it was filling and delicious. The guacamole and chips were great and the El Jefe was amazing.

Where do I start… this restaurant is excellent. The menu has so many selections of entries. The waiter and manager checked on you frequently. The service was superb. My friend and I sat outside but what made this different, you have your own cubicle to enjoy your food and privacy. That was our first time seeing that. I just loved the idea. The food was delicious. Must try their green rice, yummy. The shrimps and salmon were made to perfection. I would definitely return to this establishment. You won’t be disappointed.

The waiter was friendly and did explain the menu details. The only reason I am taking one star is because they include the gratuity and that is kind of shady. Food tasted amazing however our waiter took our order and never came back. We wanted an order of drinks and we ordered with someone else but never got it. He made it up by giving us a couple of shots of tequila which was really nice. Great food. Good service! Gave him extra tip for the gesture but really asking for additional tip after they already included it doesn’t seem proper.

The same great Margaritas! Food is always hit or miss because most is cooked fresh and not on an assembly line

Love this place. Oh and the drinks are fire. Like they do not spare the the spirits. Their pork chops if you are into pork is phenomenal. They have a couple of dishes that are really good. Don’t get the fondue though it’s great when it first comes out but let it sit and forgetabboutit. Over all it is a great spot with great vibes and great customer service. And again drinks are on point I’m not a big drinker so 1 had me feeling but two had me needing a walk before I could drive home. Oh and the have happy hour $12 Texas size drinks (if you know BBQ you’ll know what I mean ). Anyway go you will not regret it.

Had a great time seated in their outdoor space with the kids. The coconut margarita was a bit strong, the chicken fajitas were great, guacamole was yummy, the singer came outside and serenaded us a bit, the wait staff were attentive and not overbearing, overall a very pleasant experience.
