We have been customers at this location for years. Great food! I will say the quality of the steak has gone down lately. Overcooked or with gristle. I have notified management and they have always been accommodating. So service here is great. But I just haven’t seen an improvement in the quality of the meat as of lately. But we continue to be loyal and have hope that we’ll see improvement soon because you won’t find a better staff than here!

Ordered delivery. My burrito was a bit of a mess, it leaked all over the inside of the foil and was starting to leak into the bag. The pork was a little too salty. It wasn’t bad, but I’ve had better. Good sizes for both the burrito and the sides, at least.

The flavor was great, but the pork in the pork/beef burrito I got was SUPER fatty, like several big chunks of fat. It’s never happened like that here before, so maybe this was a one off and just a bad day. I hope so, cause I love this place.

Great food and service is always friendly. Los tops used to be my go to but it has gone downhill drastically and El Famous has proven to be the better option. Only drawback is the app auto adds a tip, not a fan of that.

Came in with the intention of dinning in, and no one greated us, just told us “one moment” with out any context. As they continued to ignore us with out telling us what we were having to wait on, (we were the only ones in the restaurant) minutes passed, and we saw there was a “order here” tablet, I asked “should we just order through that” and the person behind the register just shrugged and said “i dont know”

Somehow they thought all of this food was in one bag. Half of our order was missing. Thankfully the door dash driver went back and got the other half of our order but he told us the people working there just shoved the bag at him and told him it was everything without paying any attention. If the nice door dash driver wasn’t willing to go back the restaurant wasn’t going to do anything about delivering the rest of our order. Of course by the time the rest of our food was brought to us everything was cold. AND our drinks were still missing after the driver made a second trip.

Not sure how they did it but this place is perfect, supremely fast and friendly staff. The team here works almost like if they were choreographed. they communicate well and play off each other’s strengths. it’s hot here and watched for a while and there’s such speed in which they deliver amazing taste, there’s definitely an influence of other countries in their cuisine here you can detect that in the taste it is unlike any Mexican place I’ve ever been to.
