If you’re looking for a cozy, casual place to eat with authentic Mexican food, you’ll want to find your way to a new place called El Fiesta Tacos & Cantina at Pawnee & Meridian. The chips were served with all sorts of different sauces (mild, hot, green…you name it) that were all delicious and a complimentary serving of charro beans. I can say that the chips were probably the warmest, freshest I have ever had at any restaurant. The asada quesadilla I had was absolutely amazing with the perfect blend of toppings. I also had the three crispy corn beef tacos with rice and beans. There was so much food left, I had to have a to go box. I also ended up ordering a pint of the charro beans to go, they were so good. Great food, great service, cold beer.
