The food was OK (Missing that authentic PR taste/flavor). Our order was mixed up with missing items as well as substituted items. We drove from Dunnellon to the Sunday location and ate from our truck for no seating arrangements were available.

We had the pleasure of finding this food truck at Strong Tower Winery. The woman working was helpful when I had questions and the food was AMAZING. We tried several things and would order it all again. She even came around to where we were sitting to make sure we enjoyed everything. 10/10 would recommend. This is a nice little corner spot for those looking to try something different from the local restaurants. The food is authentic and the taste is good as well. If you’ve ever had the pleasure in dining at other Puerto Rican venues you’d know that the flavor can vary and that’s because that’s how the culture is, each home prides themselves in making food flavorful. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover, the lady that owns and runs the truck is very sweet and actually holds a PhD in Psychology but her passion has always been in cooking. I am glad this place is in our area and I wish them continued success. Today’s Brooksville, is a welcoming town and we love the various delicious cuisine’s offered in our town by the different cultures that are making our town even better. Keep them coming and we’ll keep on buying!

This restaurant/trailer was fantastic Spanish food. The best I ever ate and my sister is a Master Chef in Fort Lauderdale FL. I tried several items from her menu and everything was done to perfection. If you want custom delicious food from Puerto Rico and some from Cuba, this is your place.

First time trying it and it was amazing! The seasoning was not too much and the food was not salty, this is a rarity because most places (fast foods and restaurants) make their food too salty! Their tostones were the best I have ever had. I wish I would had tried their yellow rice, I declined because I thought the rice might be too salty. I’ll have to try it next time. We thoroughly enjoyed it!

I got one chicken and one beef empanada and mofungo with fried pork chunks… OMG… will not disappoint. Can’t wait to go again and get something else. Truly amazing food and so fresh and huge portions.

This place is amazing, I went to get their mofongo con camarones with maduros and it was great! The ladies working in the kitchen were nice and very helpful. If you haven’t eaten here, you need to try it for yourself!
