Zero star!! This place is horrible. The service is trash. All the employees are walking in and out of the establishment or on the phone. Waited over a hour for grilled chicken and shrimp. Then was told there is no manager or supervisor in the restaurant. With 4 customers the food should have been out in 20 minutes or less. Totally unacceptable. All the employees stood in a circle looking dumb with no answers!! Go back to old management. I’ve been here plenty of times in the past and never experienced this.

I visited El Fogon Paisa restaurant in New York on Monday and had a wonderful time. I decided to try out the restaurant’s Colombian food, and I was not disappointed! The food was delicious, the portions were large, and the drinks were wonderful. I had a maracuya margarita and a fresh liquado, and both were perfectly made. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the outdoor seating area was cute. I would definitely recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a great place to eat in New York City. I can’t wait to go back!
