Not many breakfast places in New Buffalo. Came across woodfire grill a several weeks ago by accident about 7:45am on a Saturday .Wasn’t sure if they were open as there were no cars in parking lot and an only a now open sign. Sure am happy I went to the door to see. I was the only customer in there so the service was great. Ordered their 3 eggs, potatoes, ham and toast. What I got was one of the best breakfasts I’ve had from a restaurant in a long time. Everything done perfectly the way I ordered it and large portions (2 good sized pieces of ham) for $10.49. This day and age where prices rise, portions shrink, quality goes down and service sucks this to me is a great deal. Been here 3 times now and every time was great from the waitstaff to the food. I would highly recommend woodfire grill for breakfast. Thank you woodfire grill.

The food was excellent. The service was excellent. Dani, our server was very attentive amicable. The Farmer’s omelet was big and tasty. The pancakes were fluffy and cooked just right. The bacon was meaty and crispy. The dolmades were some of the best I have had. The atmosphere and music were excellent. A perfect meal to a great vacation.

I’m very disappointed! I was so excited to find someone closer to Three Oaks that offered Gryos. It’s not lamb meat, I am thinking it was pork which was super super salty. I am really sad about the Gryos!!!! Fries are phenomenal tho.

The sign out front says “Woodfire Grill”. The food was great. We got all variety of food (burgers, gyros, and tacos) and all were flavorful, cooked well, and very good. We had a group of ten (6 kids of all ages) and sat on the patio and it was a very nice environment.

Just had a fantastic meal here. Coming through for work and had never tried it. We both got burgers and they were hot and fantastic! Saw some gigantic pork chops come out to another table and they looked and smelled absolutely amazing! Nice little gem in my opinion. Thought about not stopping due to being connected to a dollar general but we were so glad we did!

First time here last night for dinner! My friend and I both had a small Greek Salad and the Greek Combo Platter! Exceptionally good food! Huge portions! Very nice setting! Our waiter did a terrific job, and my compliments to the Cook(s)!! Definitely make it s stop for a meal. Mexican, American, and Greek dishes!!

Just happened to stumble on this new restaurant just outside of the busy downtown area and was not disappointed. They have a huge menu of amazing options from tomahawk steak 32 Oz to southwestern breakfast and we had the woodfire fajitas and beef sandwich which was delicious and huge.. can’t wait to try the salmon and snapper.. I recommend trying this new hidden gem if you don’t want to wait in the ridiculous lines of the downtown area and very friendly service with a nice outside sitting area.

It is difficult to find breakfast in the New Buffalo area before 8:00AM. We wanted to head back to Chicago early today and found this gem. They open at 7 and have a great breakfast menu. My vegetarian omelet was perfectly cooked and full of fresh vegetables and the American fries were creamy and delicious. This will be our new go to when in the area. We also want to come back for dinner to try the Greek specialties.
