The best camarones a la diabla! It had a great flavor and it was actually spicy. The food was really good and pretty big portion. Small local restaurant that you should go check out! You order as you come in and find a seat the cook will deliver once the food is ready. Enjoy!

Decent place for Mexican food. The service was good too. We don’t go to Nampa very often, but if we do, we may try El Gallito otra vez.

This little hole in the wall has been one of my favorite best kept secrets in Nampa. The food is absolutely amazing. The shrimp cocktail is my absolute favorite. A great balance of flavors. It’s full of shrimp and avocado ALWAYS! I recently tried the carne asada nachos and the home made chips are the absolute best! Crispy, warm and not to oily. The carne asada is tender and perfectly seasoned. It is always my go to for the cocktail, but now I am excited to try all the other yummy things they have available too. We’ll priced and excellent service. Can’t wait to share this secret honey hole with everyone!

The Asada tacos were so delicious. I ordered these online at 5 o’clock they were ready in 10 minutes. I’ll definitely be back! Love this place!

Very good street tacos! Good choices of meats and everything tastes fresh and full of flavors. My shrimp tacos were phenomenal and the cheese that they crisped into the tortilla before making it was excellent! I enjoyed the adobada and Al pastor, and the chorizo was tasty and not very greasy as many of them are. The chips were fried to order and salsa was muy delicioso ! ProTip: they do take credit card, but bring cash for the tip!

We waited probably close to 20 minutes just for a very small chip basket, they were tasty but the man that brought them out was grumpy as hell..our order was not correct and the enchilada sauce was awful and tasteless, sorry to say we weren’t able to clean our plates, love to support local but we won’t be returning

Short version. They were short staffed and a bit busy. I’m pretty understanding about those things. They did bring out the food one plate at a time though to a family of 4. So I finished about 10 minutes before my kids had any food at all. Wasn’t exceptionally clean either. Just not impressed and would not return. Was hoping for a hole in the wall tiny go to restaurant. Also, the food itself was okay, but the gap between cost and quality was like the grand canyon.

This was the WORST “authentic” mexican food I’ve had in this state. Not only is this food expensive but it had absolutely zero flavor, everything tasted like water. Keep driving if she see this place!
