Meh. I was excited based on other people’s reviews. The tacos aren’t $2 anymore like it shows in the photos; they’re $2.50. That would be fine but they’re tiny- the smallest tacos I’ve ever had. They weren’t very full of meat either (the al pastor was a decent portion, but the carne asada was very light on meat.) Carne asada was very salty, and one piece was blue-rare inside.

Unfortunately got tricked by the fake reviews. Was excited but didn’t enjoy it. Bought 4 tacos, 2 pastor, 1 beef and 1 chicken. It’s 2.50 per taco and tho tax is included, it’s pricey for what I received. They’re small. And it has very strong taste, maybe msg, or extra salt? Very salty. No sauce. The quality of the meats were all sub par.. Chicken dry, asada and pastor not really fresh either. I still have the salt taste in my mouth now. The only good thing were the customers who were waiting. Seems like owner looking for short cuts by cutting costs everywhere. Also meat portions were skimped on. Half the portion compared to other 2.50$ per taco places. Only cash is accepted, to dodge tax? The accurate rating for this spot would be 3.7-3.9 with a price of 2$ + tax per taco.

I ordered 2 asada and 2 al pastor tacos. The asada were good, but the al pastor were not it. My husband got the chicken sopes and they were pretty tasty. We also tried a carne asada torta and it was really good.

Best tacos and Mexican food in general in the whole state of Jefferson. Nothing else compares. Very traditional and authentic. I am definitely a regular here & that will not change anytime soon!

Killer steak tacos. The owner used to buy his auto parts at O’Reilly when I worked there, so he would come in the store and I’d see him all the time. I used to eat here at least three times a week when I lived in Red Bluff.

I’m posting these five stars while my friend is going to place our third order. I’m definitely not hungry anymore after various tacos and half a chicken burrito, but I have to experience the pork burrito. My order of favorites today: pork, cabeza, pollo, lengua, asada, and the asada was really good.

Just stopped by on our way down. Got a carnitas torta, asada taco, and horchata. The taco was amazing (actually split it up into two using the second tortilla), I wish I had ordered more before people started putting more orders in and I had to leave. Torta could have used some sauce, maybe I should have ordered some as an extra. I thought the horchata had too much ice but quickly found out it was just perfect – more of a crushed ice that surprisingly didn’t water it down but kept it cool in the 100F heat. Glad we stopped by ( :
